Although my order was delayed due to shipping issues, Valerie was extremely accommodating and updated me routinely on my shipment status.
Upon receiving my order I was extremely pleased with how the Discus were carefully packed along with a surprise extra one for time delayed. A really really great experience. Dealing with live animals not only do the facilities need patience but the customers must also be patient. It is truly hard to get customers what they want with such high quality delivery, however, the iFishstore Store was able to accomplish this. I will always work with Valerie and team for acquiring all my aquarium fish. Outstanding care, customer service and high quality animals.

This was a horrible experience. I ordered and patiently waited about 2wks. After hearing nothing I inquired. Was told they were moving stores so we're behind on shipping. Again, I was patient. Another week or so later I hear my fish MIGHT ship that week. A few days after that, I'm told the bulk of my order is now out of stock. So they wasted a month of my time when I could have been looking elsewhere. Company refunded. But it was the fish that I wanted. The whole experience was ridiculous.
