Order taken, goods not sent.

ordered hoodie from the shop 29th November, on13th December still no note of dispatch. No contact number on the site. Shop site 'temporarily unavailable.
Would award no stars if that option was available.

8 weeks and nothing shipped

I placed an order for 1x men’s shirt on Monday 19th August for my partners birthday which was 2 weeks away.

After chasing multiple times via the website contact form where I was told multiple times my order was going to be “prioritised” and that they “hadn’t heard back from the warehouse yet”, I gave up 8 weeks later on Monday 14th October and asked for a refund.

Today is Friday 1st November and I still have no refund. I was told it would be sent 2 weeks ago but due to a “change in refund process” it had been delayed. I’ve now started a chargeback on my credit card to get my money back.

I cannot believe a company the size of The Hundred can be this poor. I didn’t think to read the TrustPilot reviews as you assume it will be fine ordering from an official site but if I had I would not have ordered from here.

I will never order anything from The Hundred again. If you want merchandise buy it in person from a cricket grounds shop, not here.

Shocking service, I wouldn't order from here again

The service with The Hundred website is appalling. I originally made the order on the 18th August. I wasn't happy as the postage I was forced to pay was extortionate at £5.99 (for just a few items of clothing) as I had no choice but to use DPD and if that wasn't bad enough the very last page added VAT to it making the postage a shocking £7.19.

The delivery on The Hundred claims to take 5 to 7 days so I didn't expect to be waiting long for my parcel and considering the postage price I expected an efficient and speedy delivery. It was far from this.

Two weeks later on the 3rd September I emailed asking where my order was and how long it would take to arrive. I was told it was in production and would definitely be with me by the 10th September.

On the 11th September I emailed mentioning that the 10th had been and gone and I still didn't even have a dispatch email let alone my parcel and I was told it was in picking and would be prioritised for delivery.

On the 19th September I emailed again as I felt for a prioritised order that was already being packed it should have been dispatched by now. They ignored that email and so on the 27th September I emailed reminding them they were breaching the Consumer Rights Act 2015. They answered saying they would get management to investigate as an urgent matter and that the parcel would be prioritised. A favourite excuse of there's it seems as not once was the order ever prioritised based on the time it took to receive it.

On the 21st October over two months after ordering I finally received the parcel. This was three weeks from the last communication I had via email proving again that they didn't prioritise the order and were just coming up with excuse after excuse to get me to stop questioning why it was taking so long.

I see that this is a common occurrence with this company based on other reviews of both this website and New Balance (where their emails were coming from). I would not recommend this website and I think it's wrong that they're still allowed to trade with such a shocking service.

Absolutely shocking

Absolutely shocking. Like many others i would give this zero if i could. Ordered a kids item of clothing for my friend's son for his birthday a MONTH ago. well his birthday has been and gone and no sight of this item. i got a half arsed email to say they are extremely busy when i emailed to ask here my item is. no effort to even try and give me a time scale. I have chased again today and nothing, how can they think this is acceptable business practice and customer service? Wish i had read the reviews first before ordering. Robbed is what i have been.

Poor Hundred Store customer service and communication

Bought an item from the store on 19th August after 2 days I hadn’t had a dispatch email contacted Hundred store was told wouldn’t receive a dispatch until 5-7 working days. It has now been 6 working days still no dispatch or update. I am now unlikely to get the item before going on my family vacation. I love the Hundred competition but their store is a disgrace especially with £6 delivery charge

Terrible internet ’Store’

Seems like a terrible business model, take your Monday, don’t answer emails, no updates to your order.

Spend your money with a proper internet store, with actual customer service

Would give zero if it was an option

Would give zero if it was an option. Ordered a few t shirts and paid £6 delivery. A week later I'd had no updates with the website saying expect items in 5-7 working days. I contacted the store which in itself seemed difficult only to be told there was a delay due to high demand and that my order was in picking still and I'd get an update when it was dispatched, which didn't answer my question. I left it some more time, and ended up doing a PayPal dispute which I have now been told I'd get a refund. It's been two weeks and still no updates, and the customer service haven't replied. Bit of a joke when you want the items for the tournament

Trying to play the Fantasy Game

For the last couple of weeks I have been trying to play the fantasy game. However I am finding it impossible to do this. When I go to login I can see my details but I am told to signup the login option is greyed out. After filling out my registration details a problem arises and I cannot register. With the competition starting soon this needs sorting out so I can participate.

The competition itself is great.

The Hundred - great players shame about website/app/tv designers

The website, app & TV screen are dreadful.
Website - no logout? Keep trying to view team details & buried deep! (several clicks). Don't give much interesting info on players. (Designers - tip go check out the IPL webside & app) App- doesn't show my tickets. TV screen - bright pink and black banners confuse the colours of teams so can't see what's what. At venue (Lords) great but screens not consistent and scorecard not shown regularly....

Would give zero stars if it was…

Would give zero stars if it was possible. Tried buying tickets today for Edgbaston phoenix vs rockets and it was impossible, website keeps sending codes to active and every time you try to active it says must be a problem try again repeatedly. Sat at home watching on SKY looking at an half empty stadium. What a Croc of S**t......

The Hundred cricket has terrible ticketing system.

I ordered tickets for my son and I to go to Glamorgan. The Hundred won't let you select tickets! They tell you where to sit. We have been put in the middle of an inappropriate stand that even the Glamorgan website calls, 'noisy'. Having been there before I can confirm that the main Fosters stand is not a place for children. Have been trying to get hold of The Hundred all day to ask for a change, but it's impossible. I have now made 6 calls - waiting up to 45 minutes each time but they don't seem to care.
As an interesting update to my review. The Hundred responded to my email setting out the issue above by sending me a link to their merchandise shop, so I can spend money on their branded clothing - really useful!!
