Very poor
Very poor. My partner test drove a car. She paid a £200 deposit. The car wasn't advertised as Cat S, an insurance write off. She discovered this the next day and asked to cancel the purchase. She received an angry email refusing the refund and saying she was blaming them.
Please be aware of what you're buying. Very poor customer service here.
