Always delays with appointments and unfriendly service!
I’ve never really had great encounters with crown dental in general, I went for a check up today as I got my braces done with the orthodontist two years ago and not only was I waiting 45 minutes for the appointment but was asked to pay €50 for sitting in a chair for roughly 3-4 minutes to get given some advice on my teeth and not very helpful advice to add to that! I was blamed for the fact that my teeth had moved even though I always wear my retainers. Very unfriendly service and not even an apology for the long wait for the appointment, money seems to be the most important thing to the people working here, not good customer service! I’ve had a few appointments where I’ve had to wait and they’ve never been on time but that was one of the worst to date.
