Item never arrived and I tried…
Item didn’t arrive because of some reason (described as damage, but it’s a towel?) and didn’t get a response from their website for an uncomfortable amount of time. Felt that my money was gone and only had an e-mail to bark at. Eventually got the refund and contact after missing the date I needed the item. They took the time to apologize so went from 1 to 3 stars. If item exceeds my expectations will go to 4.

Once we realized it was a wrong order by a malicious user who happened to have your information, we immediately initiate a reverse transaction and informed your financial institution. Love these towels! Soft and comfy and look good after washing. The color says Dark Purple Mic and unfortunately there really isn’t any purple in it, but the colors are beautiful anyway. I really would love something with purple in it in the future!

Love these these towels! They easily fit in my Bogg bag and I still have plenty of room for my other beach/pool necessities! The dry super fast! Colors are still bright after several washes! And sand resistant 😀

I ordered 4 towels, and there was a problem with one of them that I gave as a gift. I contacted Bay Laurel, and the owner responded to me and took care of the issue above and beyond what I would expect! I am thoroughly grateful and impressed! Also, love the towels. They’re thin and easy to pack but also large and super soft. They won’t hold onto the sand as a terrycloth towel does. Very happy with the purchase!
