I've had the worst experience
I've had the worst experience. I don't even know where to start with them. We just bought 2 Teslas from dealerships this week and gave them over 150,000 of business and I have to say we have received no service. It's so frustrating. Tried to get in contact with a manager, and they said none was working. I have been a corporate manager to a well known business for years and know that they always have an LOD. I try calling different dealers, corporate, Tesla insurance etc and no one answers the phones. If I didn't like my vehicle, I would send it back to them. It's like everyone is a robot and non human. You go in and speak to them and they look at you like you are an alien and dont speak English

Tesla 2025 Model S
Today, someone parked a beautiful stunning Midnight Silver Metallic Tesla S in front of my house. This Tesla S immediately hits my eyes. Its interior is a look of luxurious enchanting luxury car with white leather seats. I just stood there for awhile trying to capture its exotic beauty. I don't know how to post the photos of this Tesla model S into Trustpilot reviews.

New Tesla: A Masterclass in Disappointment
New Tesla Model Y Collection: A Masterclass in Disappointment
If you’re dreaming of that magical “new car” moment with Tesla, prepare for a rude awakening. My Model Y pickup was not just underwhelming—it was borderline insulting.
A Two-Hour Trek for… a Shed?
First, Tesla makes you drive two hours to a barren collection centre that’s more “abandoned car park” than “flagship showroom.” Forget any sense of occasion. There’s no warm welcome, no celebratory handover, and—ironically—no way to buy any of the accessories they dangle in front of you. The entire process feels like an afterthought.
The “Concierge” Experience
After checking in with a so-called “concierge,” I was led to my brand-new car. Except it didn’t look new at all: it was dirty, with bird droppings smeared across the glass roof, and had been baking in the sun. To add insult to injury, they hadn’t even bothered to fit the number plates.
Battery Anxiety—From Day One
But the real kicker? The car had just 24% battery. I was told to go charge “down the road,” wasting another 35 minutes before I could even begin my journey home. And because that wasn’t enough, I had to stop again at a Supercharger halfway—where Tesla had the nerve to charge me for topping up on day one!
The Verdict
Tesla’s delivery process is a joyless, transactional affair that strips away any excitement of buying new. If you’re expecting a premium experience, forget it. You’re just another number on their sales quota. Save yourself the time, hassle, and disappointment—there are far better deals (and much better service) to be had buying nearly-new or used.
Don’t waste your time or money. Tesla’s “new car” experience is anything but special.

Tesla are absolutely the worse…
Tesla are absolutely the worse dealership to hand snake with, offering you a promotion of 2.99% to make order- and when it’s the time to sign the paper you find out it’s 9.49%! Their answer is sorry that what we gott for you! And the time you cancel the order they don’t refund the order and transport fees, many thousands dollar to disappear!
My order was almost complete until picking up day, where I find my car with 10 in damage on the pumper , their answer is this is a cosmetic damage hahahah funny enough to cancel the order , customer service one of the worst caring I have ever seen, lazy guys only sitting incoherent office, not even asking you if you need help , was like a self care station!(AnnArbor area ),
Never trust Tesla to make order for the promotion or make a deal with them, they fail and disappointing you with the finance and the product you pay for/ avoid them!

I purchased my Tesla Model Y Long Range…
I purchased my Tesla Model Y Long Range AWD new from the Tesla Centre in Dartford (London) earlier this year. I needed a minor check-up due to a small noise from the front suspension, and for convenience, I booked the service at the Chester City location, as I’m based nearer to Liverpool. The team there was excellent... the issue was resolved quickly and the car is now perfect. I’m very pleased with the service, the support, and above all, the quality of the Tesla brand. This experience has only strengthened my confidence in Tesla, and I’ll gladly recommend it to friends and family.

tesla locked my car
after i took my tesla model 3 to service and paid for it, tesla set a lock code and lock my car. I was told that the code will disappear after I left the service center. However the code was still there when I arrive home and i was not able to drive the car afterwards. File a complaint, no response for weeks

Poor customer srevices after purchasing
The Tesla wall charger is only 3 months old, and it is faulty and not charging. When I called the helpline they want 5 days to remotely troubleshoot and see what is wrong. After this, they will let me know what to do. Any other organisation would have the capacity to do this immediately. Tesla is great up to the point that you buy the car. After-sales service is very poor. The next car is not going to be a TESLA for sure.

Tesla is the worst company on earth…
Tesla is the worst company on earth when it comes to customer service. Very low quality customer service .
I placed an order to buy a 2025 tesla Y and Tesla denied and did not approve my financing and never refunded the 250 dollars so I cancelled the order and placed another order and again Tesla charged me another 250 dollars order fee and the second order was approved for financing but I NEVER got back my order fee on the cancelled order and so Tesla charged me 500 dollars for the order . I called customer service who promised to refund me the first order fee of 250 dollars but they never did
And still fighting Tesla to get the order fee back since they denied the financing application on the first order
Tesla company and its employees at the Chattanooga dealership represented by Rebecca kinsler and Molly Friday are unprofessional and incompetent and rude and lazy . They do NOT care about us customers and will NEVER HELP resolve any issues . They kept giving the run around and never delivered what they promised as far as a refund on the first cancellation. Stay away from this Tesla company. They are fraud and take your money and not deliver anything

Disappointed with Tesla’s Aftercare – Premium Price, No Support
I bought a 2020 Tesla Model X – a premium vehicle – and now, just over 4 years later with only 55,000 miles, the A/C compressor has completely failed. Tesla’s own service team confirmed metal debris (swarf) was found in the desiccant bag, meaning the whole system may be contaminated — a serious mechanical fault.
Despite the car being only just out of warranty, Tesla refused to offer any goodwill support, contribution, or even a proper investigation — simply pointing me to the third-party seller and insurer. This is shocking treatment for a vehicle that cost over £90,000 when new.
Other manufacturers routinely offer help in situations like this, especially when a major part fails so early. I feel deeply let down by Tesla and want others to be aware:
The cars may be innovative, but once you’re out of warranty, you’re on your own — even for serious failures.

Outstanding!
I have had 2 model 3 performance variants. I can say with hand on heart they have both been outstanding! A joy to own and a thrill to drive. Immensely clever car and with over the air updates get even smarter.
Their service and support is the best I've experienced from any manufacturer. 5* all the way.

Seats and Steering wheel peeling and melting
So, all it took for my model 3 to get the seats deforming into a foamy mess and the steering wheel wannabe leather coming off was a handful of warm weather days.
Bad enough, right?
It gets better... "not covered under warranty"
Must be bad days at Tesla, I am done with them , will sell this lemon to what can only be called the next unfortunate sucker.

Excellent customer service in Aberdeen
My Model Y needed new wiper blades and I stopped ad hoc at Tesla Aberdeen in case they could change them on the spot. Very friendly people, all done quickly and with no fuss. A very good experience from the centre in Aberdeen.

For some reason I couldn't seem to turn…
For some reason I couldn't seem to turn my radio off, popped into the Tesla Centre in Stratford Upon Avon on the spur of the moment, told them the problem, Nice lad came out to the car and sorted it immediately.
Can't ask for better service, hope it's as good if a get a real problem.

Buy another brand.
Love the car but the roadside is verging on criminal.
73 Model 3 RWD, puncture from the smallest of screws. Tesla Roadside will tow for free but charge “around” (as they won’t commit to a price) £350 “maybe more” for a tyre you can get elsewhere for £200 fully fitted.
Not having a spare tyre was my main concern when buying the car but I was assured by sales it wouldn’t be an issue as roadside was included. Had I known the roadside would be at a vastly inflated price for parts I wouldn’t have bothered.
Really sucked the fun out of the car and completely discouraged me from getting another Tesla.

I take no pleasure in writing this…
I take no pleasure in writing this negative review, but I feel compelled to share my experience in the hope that it will inform and caution other Tesla customers about what they might encounter at the Tesla Mt Gravatt service center.
I own a 2023 Tesla Model 3 RWD with 109,000 km on the odometer. One day, the boot began malfunctioning—it attempted to open but then immediately locked itself. I was still able to open and close it manually, so I continued using it that way. After contacting Tesla, they promptly diagnosed the issue and confirmed that the left-hand side power strut in the trunk needed replacement. Communication was conducted via the app and over the phone.
At no point was I advised to stop using the boot manually—despite Tesla being fully aware of the mechanical issue. I continued to use it cautiously until one day, the power strut bent and shattered my rear glass. When I returned to the service center, the first thing a staff member asked was whether anyone had told me not to use the boot. Clearly, they knew such use could cause further damage—but no such warning was ever given.
Following this, Tesla Mt Gravatt refused to accept any responsibility for failing to warn me of the potential consequences. They acknowledged the defect but took no accountability for the resulting damage.
If you're a Tesla owner or considering becoming one, be warned: Tesla's service model can leave you stranded—even when they’re fully aware of risks that could lead to serious damage. Whether this is due to negligence or a deliberate strategy to generate more revenue is for you to decide—but in either case, the customer pays the price.
