Selling in russia
There were rumors in the market that the company selling in russia. After made research, I found out that teltocharge can be purchased from echarge.group. I will not start working with a company that supports russia.

Replaced chargers 3 times
Unfortunately, from reviews, I see that I am not the only one facing problems with this company. We operate throughout the UK and are one of the largest installers of EV chargers. We had a situation where we get around 37 faulty devices. The company sent us 37 replacements, but 21 of those were also faulty. Only on the third attempt did we finally receive all working devices. How can a company fail to check if their devices are functioning before shipping? I am highly disappointed and we will not continue working with them.

From 17 - 12 faulty!
I have been working with 3 different brands in the UK for more than 5 years and have never had this situation. The worst experience I had with an EV charger brand: bought 17 chargers and 12 were faulty!

Never again!
Finally, I can share my thoughts about the charger. All 8 units didn't work and I lost big project.

Both chargers were not working
Bought teltocharge socket a month ago, but it wasn't working. They replaced it with a cable one, but that one also didn't work....so switched to zappi.

Worst charger!
They changed the charger twice, and it still doesn't work. They said it’s due to hardware issues. What a garbage!
