Good rating for delivery but that's how far I can go
The after sale customer support is poor.
And I mean when you buy something ,in case you'll need some parts down the line ,you'll have the chance to find stock and buy them. Not in this case unfortunately!
Spoke to them more than 4 months ago,they've said keep eyes on the website
Then I e been told they'll receive stock at the beginning of July 2025 but still nothing.
As a 'fair solution ' and because they still have on sale the trampoline model I've bought ,I've sent them an email with recommendations of 'borrowing ' one from there then to order more.
I mean it might sound stupid but in my opinion a good business should not just be focusing on the sale ignoring the 'after sale customer support '
A gentleman on the phone ,forgot to ask his name , he said he can't do that as more than half of trampoline will need to be open as there are soo many people in my situation.
So ,you know all these but do nothing?
I would ,and probably others too if this is true ,will have even paid for a preorder but you can't do that neither
Just keep your eyes on the Website sire!
No! Too easy for you too hard for us!
When they will ,or maybe not , answer to my mail, I'll take things further, sorry!

Very unhelpful staff, can not get replacement parts as they are always out of stock!
The salesman is so rude and aggressive!

I couldn't update my review from last July so leaving this here. Last July I bought a 9 x 13ft oval trampoline. At the time I bought it because on their website it claimed all Orbit nets were stitched to the mat which sounded safe! Unfortunately this isnt true, but I have noticed today that the information on their website is still there a year later, so if you plan to buy an Oval orbit, be aware that it doesn't come with the mat stitched to the net.
Some of the bolts keep popping out a year later no matter how many times we put them back in which is quite scary. We followed all of the instructions and contacted Telstar to say that one of our legs didn't seem to be the right way around. They advised it was back to front (but if this was true then it wouldn't be able to slot into the holes). I'm just disappointed with a really expensive purchase a year later.

Gary turned up on time, extremely friendly and got on with assembling the trampoline alone with minimal fuss. The large 15ft x 10ft square trampoline was up in less than the stated two hours and he kindly explained how to take the net down in strong winds. Would highly recommend

I knew about telstar trampolines from a friend who had one, but when it came to trying to buy one, I'll admit that it felt like a bit of a gamble. I worked out that trampolinesonline.co.uk and telstartrampolines.co.uk are the same company.

There's only a handful of reviews online of the former, with the most recent one I found here not looking so great - and during these times, seeing such reviews, you wonder if it's possible the business has folded. Nothing on the usual review sites for the latter either, but I did find some on google reviews which seemed to indicate everything was ok.

As there are not many places to buy a telstar elite trampoline, I bit the bullet (used my credit card ... just in case)

I'm pleased to say, in this case, everything was perfectly smooth and although the delivery was a few days more than the 48 hour express advertised, I was given the delivery date with the order confirmation I got by email the next working day (ordered on the weekend). Also the product is great too!

I would suggest if you're here because like me you're unsure, just go ahead (use a credit card for added peace of mind). I think the website/ecommerce setup they have is a bit outdated, but it works perfectly fine. I suspect the owners are oblivious to their lack of online reputation, and the large majority will just be placing orders without a second thought.

Advice to JMP Stores Ltd: get a hold of this, and sort your online reputation out! You'll probably sell even more trampolines as a result!
(I genuinely had reservations, and nearly did not buy because of this)
