bad to work with- will not refund all…

bad to work with- will not refund all the money
they did not have item in stock. It took 2 weeks to let me know it was going to be more money to ship {1000.00}and shipping was all ready charged. They said they would refund all the money back. So I asked for a refund. It took 2 more weeks and they sent a refund that was short and have been fighting for my money

Very bad

Very bad. I made the same experience as another customer here.
After two weeks from ordering date, I have not received the product, nobody answered my multiple emails asking for update and nobody took my calls.
Looks like a dodgy business to me, keeping the money for a prolonged amount of time, but not sending the money.
Definitely not trustworthy.

A company that belongs to an ever…

A company that belongs to an ever growing bunch of unethical online businesses. The business model that increasingly relies on zero accountability due to proliferation of online sales that no one has control over.

On their website it is claimed that all products are in stock and that company policy is that products are delivered between 24 and 48 hours (excluding some instances). My order was local - no complicated international shipping involved. I decided to purchase a Dobsonian 8 inch telescope and ordered one on 2nd March 2021. Ten days later my order was still sitting there with "payment accepted" status. In the meantime I wrote them three emails, tried phoning numerous times only to get an answering machine and tried using their never available online live chat tool. No response whatsoever. Today however I decided to phone them once again before going to my bank to make a claim for my payment and managed to reach a sales person. He nervously explained that they still have not received my telescope (because they do not have it in stock - duh!) and almost as if he expected beforehand responded with "yes, you will receive your money back tomorrow" to my request for a refund.

This is of course not my first encounter with this shady business model whereby you as an online business extract money from people, keep that money in your possession for as long as possible and then put your customers through a process of chasing their money back with zero regard to reputation risk or consequence. Such businesses should be actively shut down which they are unfortunately not.

So in conclusion: avoid these people like a plague. They operate on virtual (almost certainly zero) stock and will only waste your time with no accountability. Please always look for trustworthiness online before deciding to do business.
