Customer service info@ email does not work,
I have had no response to three emails sent - email delivery failed, permanent error, mail box full.
Ordered two teeth whitening pens, only one turned up.
I would like a refund, but I don't think that is going to happen

Placed a repeat order for 4 x 10ml syringes but received 4 tiny 1.3mg syringes costing £34.95 which were only good for 6 days treatment. I queried this with the company by numerous emails but never got a response. Rip off.

Got a little worried after looking on here, thinking it might have been a scam but I completely happy with the service. Ordered on 22/09/22 and the order came 2 days later. Haven’t used it yet but I’m happy customer. Ordered the Philips day white, at very competitive prices.

Ordered 2 days ago, had an email yesterday saying shipped. Came online to look at the reviews and was shocked and thought I had been scammed. Very surprised and happy that actually my package arrived today. Haven’t used the whitening gels yet, but fingers crossed.

Ordered from this company before Christmas 6 syringes costing £49.99. Used them every night for 12 nights and experienced no sensitivity, or colour change. I have been trying to contact them regarding a refund since the 6th January. No emails have been answered and the phone call goes directly to a BT answering service. Complete scam do not buy from these people.

This site is a scam.we bought products.money taken and then nothing.how do these people sleep.why do this.go out and get a proper job.I’m sure it’s just the Same effort to be legal.there’s 2 good reviews on.I’m sure the site made them up.dirty rotten scammers.I hope you get caught and rot in a cell.

I’ve just bought 6 syringes of whitening gel. I’ve just seen these reviews now. Has anyone actually tried the product to see if it works and why it says only use up to a maximum of 14 days. I’ve tried ringing them but it goes straight onto answerphone.

I placed an order for 6 syringes for Carbamide Peroxide gel on the 6th November which I paid £54.99p.The day after I placed the order they sent me an email that my order has been dispatched until now there is no sign of my order.I sent them more than 7 emails I received no reply from them.Please someone out there help me with my order and how can they get away with it.I am very disappointed with this company I shall not purchase from them.

This site is a complete scam. I ordered and when my transaction went through it seemed really odd. It wasn't the normal process with the bank. I got an email which made it look legitimate but that is where it ends. No product sent and no way of contacting these people. I range the New York number and a Indian man answered and told me I had rung France and he knew nothing of this company. The UK number goes to a voice mail everytime.

Ordered teeth whitening trays for top and bottom teeth. When the product arrived i found that the trays were stuck together making it impossible to breath therefore impossible to use.
Both the image and text were completely misleading and when i tried to contact them both by telephone and email they completely ignored me.
Do not buy from this website!

Products ordered via website never arrived. They claim to have 'a huge customer service team dedicated to on line support' however none of my numerous emails were answered. Neither was there any answer to telephone calls (all went straight to a BT answerphone), or anyone ever available for on-line chat. I also tried several times to message them directly via the website. I'm now hoping my bank will help claim some money back for me.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!
