Worst customer support i've ever seen in my entire life
1. They claim to have 24/7 support during weekdays, and that is a lie.
2. Their support is rude and mocks my issues, even though they are the ones who caused them.
3. The page created a 2FA system to log in that doesn’t work, and it left me unable to access the system when I needed it the most. Since this happened on a Friday, and they couldn’t resolve it, they stopped responding and told me it would be looked at on Monday because it was time for them to go home. I still can't believe how bad the customer support is for this site.
