Disastrous experience with Royal Swiss Auto.
I dropped off my car on June 9 for a simple check engine light issue. On June 12, I was given a quote for a full service, which I accepted, with the promise that the car would be ready in 3 to 4 days.
The reality? No news at all until June 17. I went to the garage myself: the car was supposedly ready, but the check engine light was still on, and worse, the sunroof fabric no longer worked, even though it was fully functional before I left the car with them.
On June 19, I was called back again to fix the engine light, and they told me an approval was needed to repair the sunroof. After that, I heard nothing until June 30. I returned to the garage, only to be told they would not take responsibility for the damage — claiming it wasn’t their fault.
On July 1, they asked me to come at 9 a.m. for a check at 1 p.m., only to tell me that the sunroof fabric was now torn. Still no repair quote, no follow-up, no solution.
To make things worse, one of the staff members, yelled at me several times, saying he “doesn’t have time for my problems.”
👉 This garage is completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and shows zero concern for its customers. I genuinely feel like I was scammed from start to finish.
⚠️ Avoid this place at all costs.

A scammer service
I’m writing this review out of sheer frustration after yet another deeply disappointing experience with Royal Swiss Auto Service in Dubai. This is the second time in a row that they’ve failed to deliver even the most basic level of service, and I feel compelled to warn others.
I had booked a routine maintenance appointment and gave explicit instructions, both on the phone and via WhatsApp, that the team should follow exactly what was indicated on the car’s onboard system. This included checking and replacing the engine oil, transmission fluid, and addressing all alerts and flagged components. They acknowledged everything in writing, confirmed they understood, and I trusted they would carry out the work.
When I returned to collect the car, I was shocked to find that not everything had been done. Despite having paid in advance a full year earlier, and having provided clear, detailed instructions, key items were simply ignored without explanation.
What’s worse is that this isn’t an isolated incident. It’s the second time I’ve had to deal with negligence, poor communication, and a total lack of accountability from this service center. For a company that markets itself as a premium provider, the experience feels anything but.
Royal Swiss Auto has shown me a pattern of unreliability and carelessness that is simply unacceptable. I will absolutely not be returning, and I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting them with their car.

Experience over reviews
I read the negative reviews and was a bit doubtful at first. But after much consideration I decided to give them a try. To my surprise, I actually had a good experience with them! I'm not a talkative person, so I conversed with them only when it was necessary, and the few times I did, the staff were kind and sweet. They worked on my 2023 Land Cruiser and were pretty nifty with the repairs. Of course it being a Toyota helped. I got my Cruiser back in just 13 days, even though their garage was filled with other vehicles. Their bill mentioned all the things they worked on, so that helped with the peace of my mind. If you feel the price is a bit high, then this place is probably not for you. As far as my experience is concerned, I am happy. And the next time something happens to my vehicle, I know where I'll be coming.

Very poor service and below zero…
Very poor service and below zero customer service, quality of staff and management, as well as their so called Royal. I signed for warranty with them and they scammed me, even their driver left my car on drive running alone when he handed it to me and ruined the car chair while trying to get back inside. Their staff don’t answer the phone, don’t provide solutions and they don’t know how to deal with people. Their manager is not taking this seriously in any level. Whatever car you have avoid them, they are a poor experience.

The facility is spacious, allowing them to handle multiple cars efficiently, making the booking and service process quick. Their technicians are highly knowledgeable about various car brands and answered all my questions with expertise. The quality of service and professionalism exceeded my expectations, making this my go-to auto repair shop from now on.

Never Deliver on the promised date

Extremely bad experience
Extremely bad experience. Sent the car for fixing a few things which never got fixed. They charged me for diagnosis but never sent me a report. The operation is run extremely poorly. Everyone was clueless. Avoid headache and don’t go here. It isn’t worth your time

This is the worst workshop in Dubai, believe every single negative comment on this thread, cause I am experiencing the nightmare now. 6 weeks and our car still stuck there and no responses or updates or whatsoever. They’re slow and inexperienced.

9 Weeks to diagnose fault, then overcharged
I am a first car car owner in the UAE.
Less than two month after my purchase from the reputable Park Lane Motors, my car refused to start but, as I had purchased the Gold Maintenance Plan from MP Warranty alongside their service provider Royal Swiss Auto, I assumed that I had nothing to worry about.
Nothing could be further from the truth and I regret ever having to deal with these 3 organisations.
Royal Swiss Auto had our family 2020 Jeep (GCC model) for exactly 9 weeks until the fault was resolved. They were unreachable for the majority of this period, and when I did manage to get through, they presented various diagnosis's and excuses for the hold-up.
Let's say that, after seven weeks, I had to persuade the workshop manager Mr. Mohammed Ismail that my Jeep was in a GCC vehicle, despite being the easiest detail to verify. This in and of itself offers an glimpse about the service I received.
For nine weeks, the fault was misdiagnosed repeatedly. Upon finally identifying the issue, the Jeeps two batteries which were tested when the vehicle arrived at the workshop and found to be in order, had died.
From the very onset MP Warranty found a loophole in the warranty and said the fault was not covered, not sure how this was established as it took 7 weeks for the error to be found.
When I received the invoice, I was shocked as I was being bill for ALL THE INCORRECT DIAGNOSES including replacement of the batteries, which I was forced to settle before they released my vehicle. An analogy would be similar to trying on t-shirts at a clothes store and being billed each time it doesn't fit.
On the 07/08/24 Mr. Mohammed Ismail agreed to send me the detailed report of the repairs but he has since stopped replying.
MP Warranty who I paid a hefty amount to were unhelpful to say the least but now I am stuck with them and Royal Swiss for the next two years.
Based on my experiences, I would strongly suggest taking extreme caution if you are considering working with of these organisations.

As an every customer wants their needs as well as to fix theirs issues on car also need to know some features driving styles performance also .. they have excellent staffs most experience which even I didn’t get from dealer side as well they treat you well mannered and polite as I read some other negative reviews before it’s truth less because they are the hero’s of automotive industry soon 2-3 years trust my words

Terrible service
Sent my car for service at Swiss Auto, they broke the car sunroof cover, scratched, damaged all the interior leather dashboard and used the wrong oil type for my car’s engine. On top they removed the air bags from the car.!!
I recommend to stay away from them !

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding the recent service experience I had with the mentioned company for the repair of my car, which I brought in on December 30, 2023.
Firstly, , I have not yet received the detailed invoices despite my follow-ups. It is essential for me to understand the breakdown of the charges and to verify the services performed on my car. This lack of transparency is causing significant distress and frustration
My primary reason for choosing the service center was due to the assurance of insurance coverage. However, I am surprised and dismayed to report that the invoiced amount far exceeds the initial quotation and, in my opinion, seems to go beyond the reasonable limits of the maximum claim of AED 5000 covered by my insurance. This has left me questioning the actual benefit of the insurance coverage in this particular case.
Furthermore. . I would like to highlight the significant delay in the resolution of my car issues. It took an unexpectedly long three weeks for the repairs to be completed, which was quite inconvenient for me.
Additionally, upon further investigation, I have discovered that the parts used in the repair were overpriced compared to other reputable shops in the area. I had obtained alternative quotations, and it is disheartening to note that I could have received the same service at a considerably lower cost elsewhere.
I understand that unforeseen circumstances and delays may occur, but the lack of communication, overpricing of parts, and the failure to provide detailed invoices have severely impacted my trust and satisfaction with the company.
