Swanson Health Products first started offering quality supplements in 1969 in Fargo, North Dakota. The brainchild of Leland Swanson, it all began as a way to help folks enjoy their favorite activities longer with simple, science-backed ingredients like vitamin E—one of its first products. Today Swanson is still in Fargo, although these days the company is privately held by Swander Pace Capital. 1. SWU152 shows a price of $13.76; However when added to my cart it shows $16.19.
2. Chat did not work. When clicking on Chat to verify, it took me somewhere else entirely.
I paid the higher price just avoid further aggravation! I don't have time for this.

It was easy to find items I was shopping for and to find out what specific products were on a special sale. I got thrown off a bit when I was trying to charge the order to my Amazon account, and it ended up taking too long to apply, etc. so decided on another payment method, but that's not Swanson's fault. I had to sign back in to find out that the new payment method had not been billed. Maybe it would have been good to let me know my order was still pending. Thanks

Swanson is available when I need to shop for supplements. Swanson has treated me well in the past with previous orders. I appreciate the discount given for Military. When ever I have to pay shipping, when I don't meet the price cutoff for free shipping it is an issue that causes me to be discouraged and often move to another place that does offer free shipping for similar items. 1) Hard to enter promo codes
1) On your flyer, it is difficult to find the promo codes; option should be with the other codes on the lower left side of the flyer.
2) As happened before, the prices change AFTER I have placed my order. e.g. Lion's Mane Mushroom (SW1096) went from $8.36 to $13.29. Now I have to take screen shots of each order to prove this. Please apply refund to my order #7514451.

40% discount for providing phone number expired
Whem I first signed up, you also offered a 40% discount if I supplied my phone number. I did and when I used your code WLCM, it said it expired. That was disappointing.
From your own promotion, I chose the discounted items I wanted. When I went to check out, the discount was not applied. I tried it again and the same issue came up. Came back to your site two days later and was succesful to buy the items according to your promo proces, but still no $40% discount.

Great sales and promos frequently.
I love all the sales and promos offered by Swanson weekly, and can usually find exactly what I’m looking and more! The only hiccup is that even though the checkout offers PayPal, I can’t get it to work when chosen. It defaults back to my main payment on my debit card. Shipping itself is accurate and speedy, and the products are packaged very carefully.
