The orders for medication that needs…



Prescription medications take too long to be delivered, and the delivery fee is extremely high—$38 CAD just to deliver 35 dexamethasone pills. Given the medication shortages in Cuba, this company seems to be taking advantage of the situation, showing little humanity or compassion.

Stay away from this site

Charging 50 % of the total purchased is a RIP OFF.

All cubans know that this company is…

All cubans know that this company is involved with the cuban regime, a lot of evidence have been brought up about the fact that this company under the green light of Cuban Revolution's commander Guillermo Garcia Frias. But their service is good and given the fact that the cuban people prefers to underlive without food, power or even water to washout rather than to claim for their rights, for us; the cuban diaspora living out of Cuba the only choice that we have is to send food to our relatives inside the jailed, enslaved island for now. Shame on all of us!

All was working fine until now that I…

All was working fine until now that I sent a order of food to my family in Guines Mayabeque that never was delivered. I called to costumer service, they opened a case and I received the resolution couple days later that was delivered…. Called my family and never was received!!! Still waiting for a real delivery.

Great company

This company is the best there is at the moment in Cuba. They are professionals, they listen to you if you have a concern. I wish they have more stuff to buy for the family in Cuba, since there is nothing for people there to survive. I wish they would have more items to buy from. We are blessed that still decent people and caring as SuperMarket. Don’t buy anything from Cuballama this company are crooks, from my own experience.

Excellent service, delivery was well packed and arrived a day earlier than expected ! Quality products. Helping Cubans from Canada made easy

Damage products

Company is improving a lot but still so many issues with items. Then if you go to Cuba and spend there long time when you come back you start the claim of some spoiled products they tell you sorry ours providers won’t accept this and won’t return nothing or give you the credit 😳. Regard eggs, chicken boxes with missing chicken part you can tell. Pooring water in meat boxes to balance the weight and so on. Most of the time the give the credit back but if you don’t do it on “time “ forget about it. I spend thousands of dollars a year towards my family and my self with food and all kind of things and then they treated you like whatever
