Delays or delazy?
It took days just to get the item in the hands of the shipper, and the initial shipment notification did not reflect an actual shipment— merely that the label had been created. In the era of next day delivery, Super Casuals needs to improve its logistics. The product itself (work boots) required adding internal cushioning during multiple wearings to prevent chafing around the ankles (even with the laces loosely tied) until the leather loosened up. That is, granted, a manufacturer’s issue, but Super Casuals should be aware of it since it’s the point of contact with the customer.

Great company. The products are decent priced due to flaws/irregulars but I have yet to find what that is on all the products I bought because I still haven't found anything wrong with them. I had issues with my payment which resulted in having to talk directly with an employee. They were wonderful to deal with. The package came quickly and my boys loved their pants.
