Sundance spa purchased 1-1/2 years ago told no warranty!

We purchased a Sundance hot tub from our local dealer Nov 1 2023. Now we are having a warranty related issue. Called dealer and that business has suddenly gone out of business. Called Sundance spa and they referred me to an outside source for warranty assistance. When i called the outside source for repairs he looked up my hot tub serial number and it showed no warranty!!! Also this outside repair person advised me that he charges $150 per visit service call! Maybe that dealer did not input the serial number and activate the warranty or who knows now?? Called back Sundance spa and all they would say is that they would contact me back within 24-48 hours. Well that time has now come and no call back. Guess i have to be a squeeky wheel and find something out because it looks like i got shammed.

Professional operation and outstanding product

Ordered the Peyton spa from Limoges, France which was delivered when requested after some initial preparation work. We didn’t need it commissioned immediately because the abri was yet to be built. At all times the Sundance team were flexible and responsive to our requirements. The delivery team and the commissioning team were professional and thorough. Frederique, our contact, was there during the commissioning to explain in detail regarding treatment and usage. After a year Frederique was in touch to check all was ok – I mentioned that a couple of the leds were limited to two colours but that it really wasn’t a problem, however, she insisted that it was under guarantee and they should be repaired at no charge. I have no hesitation in awarding 5 stars to a professional operation and an outstanding product.

Bad support in Denmark

After eight year with my Sundance Altamar 850, still suffering with bad service and high prices.

Have now found some very nice poolguys on EBay, delivering qualified diagnostic, service and support making it possible to order original parts directly on EBay at much lower prices than the official nordic pricelevel.
