I stayed in Whistler for a month this year in August and rented a specialised DH bike from Summit Sports for a period of 24 days. My experience could not have been better. The bike was on point and staff kept it in excellent running condition for the period of my rental. They took time and patience to tweak the settings to my preference, were always friendly and available for a chat, always helpful and approachable, always happy to give general or specific advice, or just have a chat and a bit of a banter. I am already planning my trip to Whistler for next year, and will certainly rent from Summit Sport again.

We ordered skis that shipped immediately. This would have been nice were they both the right size. I called customer service expecting to have to do battle but was pleasantly surprised when Yoshi, (the customer service rep), took care of things in the space of 2 minutes. She was more than pleasant, spoke english fluently, and was completely effective. I would not hesitate to order from SummitOnline again.
