Getting double billed & support is hard to reach

I am getting double billed and having trouble getting billing support. No response to email, did get a phone call yesterday evening, but I was not around. I tried chat this AM and getting 404 errors.

Reliable service with great support.…

On those rare occasions I have needed it, support was readily available to fix my issue. My computer skills are somewhat limited but Strong has fixed the issue for me and quickly.
Once set up it is always there, ready to use with so many servers in so many countries and I have used many of them.
Speed degradation on any of the servers, in the various countries has never been an issue.
I have been using Strong for 10 years+

What I experience

Or not so great. I really like this VPN provider. However periodically I cannot access certain web sites like my bank if I am using it. I have to log out then open my banks web site. happens once in awhile with the RING app too. Frustrating

Poor technical support

Since the connection problem occured, they cannot solve the problem for a week time. It is very much annoying the customer. Hopefully, it could be solved in the comming week.

When Strong VPN wanted to nearly double…

After posting the review below, I was contacted by Strong VPN. The gentleman who called was very courteous. He explained that I had inadvertently created 2 accounts with different email addresses. He resolved the issue in a matter of minutes. My loyalty to Strong VPN has been restored. Only 4 stars because of the lack of response initially.

Original review:
When Strong VPN wanted to nearly double my annual subscription price, I decided to cancel and find another, less expensive provider. It was difficult to find the phone number and when I called, no one was available. I left message was never returned. I could not find a way to cancel on line, so I deleted my credit card information. I have an open ticket about this problem but they still are sending me overdue notices. I use Strong VPN for over 10 years but they have really gone down hill.
