Stridekick is a good app. But…

Stridekick is a good app well that's when it's working ok. There is no contact us if you have a problem. I have been using it for over a year and now I'm having a problem with it but can't tell anyone. Basically you do 44,000 steps but Stridekick only adds 2900 I keep doing a lot of steps but I don't know why really because what's the point if Stridekick isn't transferring all the steps that you do it feels like I'm wasting my time. Stridekick need to add a way to tell them there's a problem so they can fix it. So please fix the problem so my correct steps get transferred and I don't think I'm the only one what's the point in having an app that doesn't work.
