If I could give no stars it would be too high! My father died in February after having an accident. We are still waiting for a decision on his accidental death policy. Two other companies he had police’s with have paid out this awful company are still using delaying tactics not to pay! Don’t ever take any sort of policy out with this company they don’t keep to their own deadlines they never reply to emails they lose documents and refuse to refund costs absolutely abysmal customer service in a case that is very distressing for our family

Hi to the people of Britain please beware of insurance scam I took out accident death insurance back in October 2005 everything was fine until I received a letter from Stone Bridge International insurance to say that they are pulling out of guernsey channel islands so when I phoned them to ask about all the money I put in to it am I going to get a refund the answer was no so it all was a scam to get money out of me and not informing me that the policy I took out with them is worth-less and you lose all what you put into it, I made it clear to them that they sold me a fake insurance and scammed me out of my money that is not there's in the first place. so beware of it do not take out there policy I will be reporting this to Which mag.
