Excellent online process

Excellent and easily followed online process with no hiccups, leading to an early quote inclusive of (older!) age and medication matters. Surprised that two 75+ applicants with trouble free and claim-free past travel insurance history, are restricted to rather costly single-trip cover (rather than annual multi-trip) for one holiday exceeding 35 days during the following year.

Tried to cancel one, but they wouldn't let me, as in son's name, despite me paying. Tried to cancel other one, too late.
