The worst experience ever
My experience with SpareFoot has been extremely disappointing. I was searching for a long-term parking space and was pleased to find one through SpareFoot at a nearby Public Storage facility. I called to confirm, and was assured that a covered, secure parking space was available. Based on that information, I signed the contract online and made the required payment, including insurance they said was necessary.
However, when I arrived at the facility, the office was closed, and worse, there were no parking spaces at all. It turns out this location does NOT offer parking spaces, only storage units. I was misled and effectively rented something I didn’t need or ask for.
I’m now in the process of trying to get a refund, which has added even more frustration to an already bad situation.

SpareFoot was very professional and prompt with my reservation. However the storage company "prime storage" in Modesto ca. I reserved a unit and paid for on line was very unprofessional and refused to rent a unit to me because the address associated with the debit card used is for homeless services such as mail box's. In my opinion spare foot should remove prime storage from their devices as they openly discriminate against people suffering a bad spot in life
