For goodness sake, pick up the PHONE
Awful customer service. I have literally been waiting on the phone for ANYONE to answer me for a total of 35 minutes spread out over 3 calls, since every time I try to leave a message they hang up on me. What is the deal with this? I am simply trying to gift a card to someone and I cant manage to get this sorted out, over the net or by phone. It is frustrating because this is a minor thing and should be quite simple to organize.
