Wallet Purchase

I had a slight issue with my product so I contacted customer services and Lindsay was absolutely fantastic. Very helpful and thorough with finding a resolve. Customer service has been outstanding and Lindsay has been a credit to the company.

Amy- absolutely kind!

Amy, the customer representative that had been assisting me throughout this experience was the most helpful and supportive individual. She was patient with my responses as she checked in with the status of my package, and was very understanding as I shared my frustration of waiting over a month and a half now for my initial order. I truly appreciated the option to reprint my orders and hope that it does make it here this time.

My package never arrived

My package never arrived. They don’t have a customer service number. They kept emailing me and telling me to go get my package from the usps distribution center, which was in another state. They told me I provided the wrong mailing address but it’s a mailing address I received hundreds of packages at each year. After many weeks, I ultimately just asked for a refund and they wouldn’t give me a full refund. I finally got a refund through my credit card company.

I had an order that most likely got…

I had an order that most likely got lost in the process of shipping. After waiting for a while the customer service was very helpful. Once it seemed like my package was most likely lost during the shipping process they were fast with their response and now I have a replacement on my way!

I would recommend you stay away from…

I would recommend you stay away from this company. Not even received products yet but their service is terrible.
Be careful when you place an order as even when you uncheck the box to say you don't want to pay the extra £3.99 insurance, it adds it back to your cart every time you do something. I unchecked it numerous times, the last time before I pressed to pay by PayPal. Unknown to me, once redirected back to the site from Paypal, it had added it back in again. I have been refunded for this but it is not good to keep putting it back in your cart every time you do something.
Secondly, I checked that I wanted to approve the items before completion. They sent me a link to check proofs but that is pointless as if you request a change, they want to charge you a 30% customisation fee! The whole point of a proofing service is to check things are right before production. Never have I been told there will be a charge with other companies.
Let's hope the products are okay when they arrive.

Zero rating. Waste of money and highly misleading.

I never write bad reviews but would highly highly recommend to avoid this website. They cheap on high prices and deliver extremely poor quality stuff. The bobble head doll does not have a ‘bobble’ head and their customer service representative ‘Amy’ said it’s supposed to have fixed head.

I would give it 0 rating if there was an option.
Spent £80 on bobble head doll and a photo music disc.

Both extremely poor quality stuff sold at high prices that delivers at least in double the amount of time they commit on the website.

I have ordered many items from Soufeel…

I have ordered many items from Soufeel and the quality and design is always brilliant. I have just had to contact Support regarding the mistaken sizing of a ring i received and the support team have been so prompt in replying and have offered me a replacement. The ring itself is beautiful but was just the wrong size to what i ordered so after sending proof of the sizing of the ring received i was straight away offered a replacement with their sincere apologies. A very professional, helpful and customer focussed company. Thank you.
