Avoid this company at all costs. It's a scam if you see Best Buy reviews saying that it's a good product, it's all bullshit This is the worst product in the world.I spent so much money on the surround sound and it has been a nightmare. Will never connect. Trust me save the headache and go with samsung

I moved my existing sonos1 system to new TV and had problems setting up. I called tech support and after about 1 hour of helping me uninstall and reinstall the system is up and running. Great tech support!!!

A fantastic little speaker Roam 2, a great selection of colours. The sound is true and very great quality. this is my first Sonos speaker and I would definitely buy more Sonos items in the future.

We love the awesome surround sound system between the Beam and the 2 Eros 100s! Along with that, it’s so nice to be able to hear the people speaking/singing/etc. so much more clearly. Two thumbs up!

Keeps losing the system every software update.
Goes through the finding process says the wifi is recognised trusted system, then nothing, no system anymore. Repeat above steps ad infinitum

Set up was simple with app. However third time using app, settings were "gone" and had to reload.
Speaker is what it was stated per reviews. Clean, crisp and solid.

We’ve had this Sonos Move for a couple of years and it’s been nothing but a nightmare. Would never recommend buying their products.
Stick to Bose. We never had any issues with that one.

If i could give negative stars i would. this has been the worst customer support/ experience i have ever recieved from a compnay. nothing compares. i have been back and forth multiple tiems with the suppoirt agents over the span of over a year with the same issue of my symfonisk table lamp that does not connect or show. i have been transfered back and ofrth between all departments, and no one seems to understand what they are talking about or are able to resolve my issue. when i explained to them that i cant make or recieve phone calls, all support was stopped. my support chat has been closed twice by an agent when asking where to make a complaint. i believe they have done this so that they do not have to reply and can keep there number of complaints recieved low. i have never had an issue like this with a company before, i have never left a negative review or complaint for anything before, but the customer service that i have received was just too abhorrent; and i can see that the other reviews reflect this.
