I had a accident where my gear selector snapped and on speaking to them they wanted me bring it in straight away and even tho they never had the part in store they took it off another bike just to get me back on the road.
For me it’s going above and beyond what anyone would expect in the same situation.
The service you receive is awesome and they will always try to find a solution for you to make you happy.
I needed my bike Xmas day for work and they always make it happen if they can.
For me they are the best service centre I have ever used and are always willing to help.

Sondel are always amazing with everything. Any problems we have, they immediately sort out for us. We have bought and done part exchanges with them and got really good deals, and the staff are brilliant, especially Simon! I once had an issue and Simon came out with the mechanic Justin to the roadside to help me! Lovely, lovely people and I always recommend them to everyone I know who considers anything to do with bikes or scooters☺️

Cannot recommend this garage enough! Very friendly and helpful guys, especially Simon. Provided guidance and support on every step during the whole process of me buying my firsts full-size motorcycle :)
