Social Nature has opened me up in trying new healthy food

I have consistently found Social Nature to be a customer-centric organization. On several occasions where issues arose, they were promptly and effectively resolved.

Furthermore, Social Nature has facilitated my discovery of numerous new products, which I may not have otherwise encountered without their rebate program. The products offered are consistently natural and promote healthy lifestyles.

The recent website enhancements, including product location, selection, and cost information, have proven to be highly beneficial. To further improve the user experience, it would be advantageous to allow product claims at all store locations within a chain. For instance, if a product is available at a Fred Meyer store, the ability to claim it at any Fred Meyer location would streamline the process and eliminate the need to verify individual store availability.

The store was out of the exact product and there were plenty of the next higher grade at a premium price. I was taking a risk and the agent that reviewed my receipt was able to recognize and refund as described. My receipt was rejected a few times before I contacted customer support.

Keep products free

First when I joined this company they used paper coupons and everything was free to try, now I am seeing 50%, 30%, and BOGO off rebates. Several times I upload my receipt and they tell me they don’t recognize it. I am buying products and not getting reimburse for the product. I preferred the paper coupon, because I didn’t have to worry about getting my money back. Another thing is sometimes I go into the store and the product is no where to be found.

All I want is help. PLEASE.

All I want is help. It is impossible to get it through social nature directly, so I’m forced to have to do this as a last attempt to get any sort of response.

I have two offers I was never paid for. All emails are ignored as usual, and every single ticket made for help is immediately closed for any extra comments. I sent another email with not only receipt photos, but I used color to circle the products for them to make everything easier to find, with the products visible, and the with the UPCs visible for additional proof. No response again. That was 5 days ago.
Contrary to how this review may come across, I genuinely have no problem waiting. I truly don’t. However, I now have offers disappearing that I purchased weeks back. Obviously each offer has a limit and timeframe, which is exactly why I submitted my receipts minutes after purchasing to ensure eligibility.
Unfortunately, continuing to be ignored leads me to believe that if I don’t at least attempt contact, (for the 7th time) I could easily be told that my receipt was processed too late to receive credit..

I NEVER leave bad reviews.. However this has truly been beyond frustrating.
One of the offers I’m missing cash back for was something I really wanted to pick up and try a few weeks back. I ended up not doing so because of the issues I have every time, and that’s exactly what happened again.
I would hope they’re able to see how customers avoiding products (not being reimbursed, able to get help if needed, etc) can have a really negative effect towards the brands that trust them… as well as impacting anpotential customers outlook of the brand.

I don’t mean to be rude in any way, and truly just need help. I am so incredibly thankful for all the great products I’ve been able to try through the site, (and many that I continue to purchase after trying) but have now lost all confidence in being helped or reimbursed as promised.

I’m missing cash back for the BOGO free fungies mushroom gummies. The offer is now missing from all lists, the receipt has been rejected 3 times, all tickets for help closed for comment seconds after sending them,etc.
So I am literally forced to attempt to get help on another site, because they have made it impossible to get help at all.

I would really appreciate some help with this if possible please.

Pretty backwards to require printed…

Pretty backwards to require printed receipts when everything works through apps nowadays. Paying with Walmart Pay means I don't get a printed receipt. The receipt from the app is exactly what would be printed on the piece of paper, though. There should be no issue validating this. Just an invalid reason to not pay out as promised.

It's great except when the system doesn't pick up all the offers on a receipt.

Contradictory.
I messaged thru the contact us page, but no one has responded

The contact system isn't great.
No option for when you just need to clarify something, so I had to pick an option that didn't really apply.
