I have placed several orders on here and not had an issue. I have alao shared with friends and again they have had no issues. People need some patience. Fastest delivery was 10 days, slowest was 4 weeks. No issue with changing name from 00, to 03, to 04,your orders remain regardless of the name. The quality of the shirts is top notch, unbelievable in fact for the price you pay

Ordered two Brighton kits.
One was really badly made , all bunched together and the leg was one inch shorter.
Eventually got through on WhatsApp what ensued is several weeks of them pretending they will send a replacement. Contact your bank if you don't get what you paid for.

The website seems to have disappeared but one of my orders arrived today after 2 weeks. The quality of the England and Real Madrid kits I ordered is fantastic. This is the second time I have ordered with no issues.

I'm not going to lie ordered plenty of football kits and tracksuits for my boys. Quality are amazing, I'd suggest washing on a 30 inside out. If they are gifts 🎁 I'd suggest ordering 6-8weeks in advanced. They take ages to come but worth the wait. They keep changing there platform from soccer03 and 04. They should really let us know in advance especially when you are tracking your order. Or order number has not been provided. Communication is a bot so not much luck there either. You just need to be hopeful your items turn up. Shipping is outrageous. Other items have arrived earlier than I'd expected when purchased after previous orders. Very weird 😕

Ordered 4 kids football kits. Took just under 3 weeks to arrive. However, one of the kits has bubbling on the number on the back. Contacted Soccer04. They were unwilling to send a replacement, only offering 30% off my next order. The product is obviously defective. I’m holding out for a replacement to be sent.

Ordered and paid for 2 kits. Received only 1. Their customer service team didn’t want to assist in offering a refund or sending a replacement. They kept fobbing me off to the courier to try locate the missing item even though they confirmed both kits were sent in one package. I am extremely disappointed in their lack of customer service. I won’t be ordering here again.

I ordered a jersey on the 19th of January and arrived today the 19th of February. I ordered the 24/25 Manchester United third jersey. Quality is fantastic on the jersey but make sure to hand wash it rather than in the washing machine because patches or names might start peeling off which is common with all jerseys. Took long to arrive and was worth the 1 month wait.

Terrible quality - the numbers started to rip off the shirts and ruin them. This gave them a shelf life of about 4-6 weeks, so you’re better off finding somewhere else.
Also had a delivery to me lost (presumably lost, unless it was a scam) and they would not help. As it is an out of the country sender, Royal Mail need the issue to be raised by the sender, and these cheats won’t offer a refund or contact Royal Mail.

Have placed quite a few orders over the last 2 years, for football kits (grandkids) tops and tracksuits and a couple of tops for myself. The quality is very good, stuff takes 4 to 6 weeks, they do respond to emails but it's not the best, but it always turns up. I defo recommend them.

Avoid at all costs. I placed a £100 order over 4 weeks a go have chased endless times for a tracking number all you get is automated replies that don't answer your question so I have no idea where my order is and they have my money. I am now trying to get the money back via my bank DO NOT USE OR ORDER FROM THEM

In the last 3 months, I have placed 6 orders with this company for 7 football shirts. All have arrived /been fantastic quality, at a fraction of club shop prices. My two cons are the delivery times are long (some took 6 weeks) and their response to emails /chasing stuff is minimal (if any). Overall, my experience with them has been very good. A friend recommended them, and I have since found others who have used them, and are impressed.

Have order a vast number of shirts, probably about 30, from soccer 03/04 in recent years for 3 teenage boys and we are delighted with the quality and make of each shirt. They wash really well and its very difficult to tell the difference between a soccer03/04 shirt and the original. We are repeated customers but do recommend ordering at least 4 weeks in advance of ordering items
