I contacted SMTP2GO regarding a DSN (Delivery Status Notification) that was not longer working. Their team jumped onto the problem and they referred this to their developers. From the start of logging the ticket, updates on their progress from their team were regular informing me of the status. A few days later they provided a working update with a solution and we are back up and running. Thank you for your support SMTP2GO. Great work

I was humbly impressed to receive a quick support response from the team at smtp2go to a technical fault which was caused on my network by an old Mac mini server which unexpectedly relayed some junk email -- they informed about the issue, blocked the spam, and then when I asked to kindly unblock, because we needed to send some urgent email messages, their response was very quick. I didn't expect the block to be lifted for hours, it was resolved in minutes.

SMTP2GO was recommended by a fellow Australian web developer. I started with a free plan for a couple of months then I upgraded to the Starter plan because it's sufficient to share between all the websites that I manage on Care plans. It's easy to set up in WordPress either over SMTP or the API.
The company is in New Zealand so that's a bonus for me.

SMTP2GO helps us track our emails to make sure our clients are receiving them and opening them. We send a lot of bulk emails and we are able to tell if our clients are receiving them or if it is a bad email. We recieve a notification if our emails are not able to get through so that we may reach out to our clients and get a correct email address or have them put us on their safe senders list. We are also able to use the servcie to verify when a client says they did not receive one of our communications. We have been using the service for 2 years now and have found it to be a very valuable asset to our company!

fraud company. During registration phone verification never goes through even when you type in the correct code. And they're also racist as they removed black countries and asia from their website. Do not use!
Edit: There is no such thing as contact my phone provider, smtp2go is discriminatory in their registration process, as I have tried more than 3 numbers, I got the otp but when entered it is incorrect, I can attach a video proof if needed. The company is bias. I do not recommend!!

Emails always go through within a reasonable time. Suppression's work as they should. I find the Activity page most useful, along with it's export feature that provides all the data I need, which I import into our database to track and weed out hard bounced addresses. Overall a great SMTP email service.
