Beware! Shipping takes ages. I still have not received the kit that I ordered weeks ago. Radio silence from customer support after several attempts to get them to help me. I'm about to move, and fear I may have just wasted $180. You're better off just going to the dentist and paying for professional whitening.

First, they tell you to mix the 2 night guard impression material for 60 secs. Do that, and it's so hard you won't get an impression. Say something to smile brilliant, and they'll lie and say they never had that problem. Then, I take two pictures and send to them before shipping, and they say everything is great, ship them. Then, when they receive them, they say it won't work because the wisdom tooth will not fit inside of the tray they send out. F*** this place, go to your f***ing dentist and pay what they really cost if you don't want to f*** with lying cock gobblers that take your money and waste your f****** time

I ordered a water flosser that simply does not work, and simply needed a replacement one. Their customer service is horrible!" I have left my name n phone number and even attempted to chat on line (May 23, 24,27 and 31) but no agents are online at this time n no one is returning calls, and Ive tried for two weeks!! As a GEHA member, I deserve better service than this!! So if you're looking to purchase from this company, save your money, you won't receive quality service, spend your hard earned money elsewhere!!

I ordered a molded night guard as the one I got from my dentist (for like $400) had worn out. Took a few tries to get the impression right, but I checked with them via emailed pictures on each try, and got some feedback on what I needed to do differently. They ended up having to send more putty for me, but on the third try I got it. The mouth guard fits great and the material is much more low profile than the dentist used, however it also seems to be holding up better. Very satisfied!

Awful product. Received and product is way too tight. After asking them to fix it, they simply responded back asking me to send it back at my cost of shipping to receive a refund. They simply could have offered to remake them instead of wasting everyone's time.

I purchased a CariPro cordless water flosser from Smile Brilliant Feb 2024. The product was as advertised and I love it! It came with 4 tips one of which didn't work, probably a manufacturing defect as it was clogged somehow. Smile Brilliant sent me replacement tips at no cost to me and didn't require me to send back the defective tip. All my transactions with them were timely and very pleasant. I would recommend them for your dental cleaning needs

I was able to get a discount on a grind guard from this company through my insurance, so since my old guard from the dentist is almost gnawed through I figured I'd give it a shot. Shipping and everything wasn't too bad for me, the whole process took about a month. When I did get the guard I knew as soon as I took it out of the package it wasn't going to work. It's soft and flimsy (and I bit through the hard one the dentist gave me). Putting it in my mouth. The flimsy plastic was too thick and it kept falling off my teeth. I figured I'd try it at least 1 night just in case it surprised me. When I woke up in the morning my teeth and mouth hurt really bad. I went ahead and utilized their money back guarantee and requested a refund. They said they wanted me to send the mouth guard back (why? Idk becuase gross) AND I would need to package and ship it. No shipping label, even a shipping label that I would have to pay for. Just send it here. Very minimal directions and customer support was less than helpful when I asked clarifying questions. I guess now I know to never use this company again.. Extremely disappointed.

I ordered a set of 4 ULTRA-DURABLE NIGHT GUARDS and the tray was too narrow for my mouth. I requested a wider tray and while they sent a new tray within a week, it was the same tray I received in the original order. After asking for a refund and offering to ship the order(s) back, they asked that I ship them back (I would have to pay for shipping). If you don't know what width your mouth is or suspect that you have a wider than normal mouth, don't go with Smile Brilliant.

I wish I had done my research before ordering a teeth whitening kit. I sent back the impressions of my teeth within a week of receiving and it has been over 3 weeks and I still do not have my teeth whitening kit. You know, the thing I actually bought from them. I have contacted them twice and the last time told them I wanted a refund if my item did not ship this week. I got a response which was basically a lie that they were sending it Thursday. It is Saturday now and nothing has shipped and they are closed thru Monday due to 4th of July. Meanwhile they keep spamming my mailbox trying to get me to apend more money. I have asked them twice to stop emailing me unless it is related to my order to which they refuse to respond to.

Do not buy from them. Not an honest company and once they get your money, they will spam you and ghost you.

Very welcomed at their Orlando facility. Rebbeca is just wonderful and takes great care of customers by putting them in confidence. The best possible ambassador. Come and do your Rebecc photoshoot. Unfortunately Smile Direct does not have the sufficient level of technical skill for complex treatments and have declined the work. So can not give a feedback on their treatment.

The first thing I would like to point out is their shipping is awful. Took over a month to receive my custom-made impressions. So from day I ordered to finally receiving my impressions, that time was over a month so the shipping speed is a depressing. So why is this 4 stars, lets see the whitening kit does work, removed a few shades of teeth stains (im 22 with average stained teeth) You will not get pearly whites thats the truth. Another reason why is because they messed up my order (sent me 9 whitening syringes instead of 9 desensitizing syringes), BUT they told keep the whitening syringes and sent me the desensitizing gel I originally ordered for free.

Sent back my mold impressions and then complete silence - have emailed, tweeted, DM'd, raised support requests, called and left messages - all to no avail. I've basically paid $159 for absolutely nothing.

Hello, I am very disappointed in the business practices of Smile Brilliant. They are completely ignoring my requests for support.

I ordered the deluxe night guard system with 4 night guards on November 12. I paid $214.00, including $35 just for expedited shipping. I paid extra to have these mouth guards come as soon as possible because I am leaving the country on December 5. My order number is #733669.

I received my impression kit, and mailed it back as soon as I received in on November 18. It is now December 2, two weeks later and I have received nothing. I have called the company and left a voicemail. I have sent emails and contacted them through the website. They are not responding to my message.

I desperately need this mouth guard because I will be out of the country for three months and my TMJ is getting worse every day. I am completely disappointed in this company, its business practices, and its inability to communicate with its customers. I will be demanding back my $214 immediately and will take my business elsewhere. I strongly advise anyone else against ordering from this company.

I've been waiting almost 7 months and nothing I paid for has arrived. As I have a photoshoot coming up I now have to find another place to purchase or pay again again at the dentist which is so annoying as I already paid 7 months ago. Customer service is useless and unhelpful. Don't waste your money.

Really disappointing. Product took over 2 months to deliver and was clearly a poor quality product. They did not honor the 45-day guarantee advertised on their website. Terrible product and worse customer service.

Does not work and they claim white splotches are normal. I contacted them soon after having bad experience and they told me to keep trying. I then contacted them a few months later to request a refund and they denied.

Ordered the full kit, including desensitisation gel after reading and watching plenty of reviews. It worked out a lot cheaper than going to the dentist. The kit came from USA and took about 2 weeks which is fine, customs was cheap as well. The kit includes putty which you use to take an impression of your teeth for the trays (exactly the same as in the dentist.) making the impressions seemed easy enough, you get 3 pots of putty, one top, one bottom and one spare incase you mess up. I ended up using all 3 as the first didnt quite go to plan, i highly suggest you practice the first one so you know where to place and bite down. You then send the impressions back to america (postage included) and they make the trays and post back to you. Another 2 weeks. The trays fit perfectly.
Now for the whitening. You need to leave the gel on for a min of 30mins to 3hrs. I did 3 hours. It was quite weird having they trays in your mouth but you get usest to it. You cant feel the gel at all. Then comes the desensitisation gel which you leave on overnight. I highly recommend getting desensitisation gel, as iyour teeth can get very sensitive, although mine went few days after use.
The Result. OMG, its amazing, my teeth are sooo much whiter, not quite pearl white but as iv learnt, its not possible for everyone and depends on your own teeth. But compared to before, i love it. It is an ongoing thing, teeth will restain over time, one year later, im ordering some more gel to top up.
