Excellent customer support
Support was easy to access both by phone and email, responses were prompt and relevant and very helpful, and my issue with my new Rega Planar P8 was resolved satisfactorily. John was courteous and knowledgeable. The first time I called the help line was before the help staff arrived and even the friendly delivery driver who answered was surprisingly knowledgeable and helpful! Overall I am a very happy first-time customer of Sky-Gramophone!

What a scam this company is
What a scam this company is. They sell me a used Polk R350 which they advertised on Google and the next day they tell me they don’t actually have it. Then they offer to sell me a new one for the used price but I had to wait over 6 weeks for it. What a disgrace!!!

No one provided a shipping label during 30 days window of return.

Received exactly what I purchased for a good price. My only complaint was speed of delivery. Took four days before the “in stock” item shipped, and another 4 days to receive after shipped.

Won’t deliver package. BUY FROM ELSEWHERE
Had a 4 package order, one of the packages was not received. Told me to contact USPS which I did but they told me they couldn’t do anything about it and sent me home with a delivery report saying they didn’t have the package and for me to contact the shipper (skybygramophone). I contacted support and they were useless. They told me they couldn’t help because the tracking info says delivered even though USPS literally provided a delivery report saying they don’t have the item. They refused an official document (nor did they even ask for it), and once I brought up the notion of filing a suit for small claims court and asked who to address it to, they completely stopped responding. HORRIBLE service. Take your business elsewhere.
