I have bought them for years. Obviously only ones I know so prefer. However, I got candy crush ivo and these shits won't shut the f up. So if you like an earbud that straight tells you what it is for 5 fg minutes. Here you go. Otherwise these earbuds can go.

They informed me to send it back for a full warranty, however, since it was purchased with public school funds shipping back was not an option.
No problem said Skullcandy - they send me a voucher code that not only covered the item but also covered tax AND shipping.
I am so impressed with their service, I will be making any future audio purchases through them first. In this era, this kind of customer service is what we need more of.

Good for the money, but you get what you pay for
My headphones had a hardware failure after just under a year, but werent covered because the purchase date was past a year.
Customer support offered a coupon immediately, but after I mentioned the specifics of the timing and that I had verified it was a hardware failure, offered a full replacement.

Poor customer survice
I ordered the limited edition Dime Evo Rainbow earbuds but never received them. The company would not help me get new ones sent out or refund me. UPS wanted me to go to their post office in person to give me a credit to reorder them but they were sold out. I have never been so mad and disappointed in Skull candy until now. Despite choosing to use UPS to send out my product they never took the responsibility for the product being stolen or lost. They just put fulfilled on my order and put in effort to resolve my problem.

Nothing has compared to Skullcandy to date
All those over hyped over priced "you must buy these" as per influencers online etc and yet these are WAAAAAYYY better and superior!! A not so well known Skullcandy, that I swear by their products, have x2 Crusher Evo over ear headphones witth Sensory Base and these are just destroyers of world!!! Especially whilst watching your homme cinema 100" screen, with these on watching TGMav omfg!!!!! Then there is the Skullcandy Kilo which is like having a handheld portable version of the Crusher Evos even hung up inside my back pack closed, it is that loud my mates couldnt believe that was coming from this speaker!!!! That good. Once you go Skullcandy, you wont ever go back and alll those spending hundreds sometimes thousands on audio stuff JUST BECAUSE the influencers say so and you suffer with "FOMO", just check in with yourself and say "Nah I am going to do the opposite of what the sheep are doing", you will thank me later. You are welcome. Highly recomended especiallly the products I have just mentioned, but do not take my word for it go check em out in store somewhere just make sure you have SENSORY BASE up full whack!!!!! Enjoy ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have had few different pairs of your product. My issue is that I have had a pair of Sesh Evos for about a year, They don't have a app to accompany the ear buds, also they don't like to charge in the case, when they do, only one ear bud will connect via bluetooth, takes awhile to get them both paired, then when I get that working they cut out. Was told by support that they were coming to the products end of its life.Deeply discouraged
in wanting to pay for another pair if they only last a year. I've had other products that lasted longer, but always went back to Skull Candy because I loved the brand and products.

I reached back out to Skullcandy as requested, advised the agent of this review I wrote as per instructions in the response from them and it was a complete waste of time. I tell the agent that I was advised from the response I received to reach out and mention the review, which I did. The agent proceeds to tell me that It was a automated message. I advised him that It wasn't since it mentions my exact issues I am having. The agent didn't try to look up the review until I shared the link with them. He sends me instructions to factory reset my Sesh Evo's. I had advised the previous agent that I had done that and didn't work. So I don't think they must not have the ability to look up past chats. I advised this agent of the same thing. They offer me the 40 percent off a new product. I declined this time as I did the last time. I screen shot this conversation in case they reach out again.

One of the best customer service experiences I've had.
The customer service was great. From helping me trouble shoot my issue to helping me make a warranty claim, it was easy and pleasant. Hanna was great and quick with the responses.
My headphone replacement is on the way and I was given a tracking number so I can see when it will arrive.
