Recently moved to Lithuania with my family. As a British citizen living in another country, the minefields in finance and investments are absolutely mind blowing. Dion Angove my adviser has been fantastic. Dion has exceeded my expectations in guiding me through the processes and giving me confidence in the services SJB Global provide. Dion even helped me with my military pension and old age pension which isn't anything SJB can touch. All my work pensions were put in one place and Dion is thorough in making sure I understand how the pension pot is working and that I am happy with the service. Outstanding service has been provided through out the whole process .Dion is a real asset to SJB Global.

Jake Barber has been a fantastic Financial Advisor for me. When I was moving from the UK to Germany last Summer, I was searching online for a Financial Advisor who specialises in helping UK expats who live in the EU. I contacted SJB Global and got a call back from Jake. From the first call I already started getting good advice on things related to my UK workplace and state pensions and investments, and ever since then I have received invaluable help with my finances. Jake is very knowledgeable and always on top of changes in the markets and regulations and quick to react and give me advice accordingly. He has also always been patient and very helpful with all my detailed questions and quick to respond over email too. I have moved my UK workplace pensions to SJB Global and I am very happy with the service I receive.

Having spent over 24 years of my working life in the UK, I decided to retire back in my home country. But with the issue of having to transfer my pension, as my UK provider could/ would not sustain non British resident.
I started the process some 1.5 years ahead of me retiring, as I had to consider all options available to me and most importantly finding a new trusted partner.
As I was extra cautious, if not zealous, I needed to be walked through the entire process with due care and diligence, I have found all of this at SJB Global.

Piers KEMP (my adviser at SJB) remained very resilient, and patient, to all my questions, including those about the reality and seriousness of the company (so many scams around in particular in the online world). He invested time and effort into our relationship, not making a single penny until the transfer was completed (some 1.5 years later).

So far so good, I am very pleased about SJB Global and Piers K. services.

As a British ex-pat living in Austria it is not always easy to find a trustworthy company and Financial Advisor. I have been with SJB and their Financial Advisor, Randal Stephens, for a year now. After an extremely difficult time with my previous provider which involved a complaint to the Financial Ombudsman ,I am relieved to be with SJB. Randal has helped me through the setting up of a new pension scheme. The financial advice has been excellent and Randal is a skilled and knowledgeable professional ,approachable and personable .I do not have the sleepless nights and worry anymore as I know my investments are well taken care off, carefully monitored and managed in a professional way. I cannot recommend Randal and SJB highly enough.

I reached out to Dion Angove directly for tax advice and thank goodness I did.
For the past months I have been provided with conflicting information from a number of other financial planning companies. Rather than get any clear, straight forward facts, all that happened was confuse me even more, to the point where I really did not know who to turn to.
Within a matter of hours, Dion responded to me, provided a set of simple to follow instructions, and has been on hand to guide me through, what is actually, a relatively straight forward process.

I rarely leave such positive reviews where financial matters are concerned, as any "bad advice" can have a major impact of our circumstances.
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Dion for one moment.

Ben is completely honest and open with his extensive knowledge of tax matters in the U.K. and Europe (Germany in my case). He didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. He gave clear, to the point, financial advice. In over 40 years dealing with financial institutions this rates at the very top.
P.S. he also didn't take hours doing it:-)

I had my first annual investment porfolio review with my advisor Ben Eccles of SJB Global. The review by Ben was on time, well structured and very thorough. Ben took the time to explain the current market situation and also provided the historical context. I appreciated the transparency of the information and Ben´s honest comments. Ben was also patient as I asked my questions, and his answers were in terms that I could easily understand. Overall, what I appreciated about the review was the open dialogue and the customer-focussed approach. All of my interactions with Ben since the establishment of my portfolio have been very positive, and Ben is always available for me.
