There’s a lot of aftermarket junk out there. I bought a cv axle from Sixity for my Polaris Ranger 500 and the CV clamp crimp was too high and rubbed on the strut housing causing the boot to leak. Not... See more

Sixity sent the incorrect parts/refund impossible

Sixity sent the incorrect parts. I have requested a return label and have gone through multiple days of hoops and pictures to prove the parts are incorrect. I was told today that in 1-2 business days a return label would be generated and I should look in my spam folder. Still waiting.

I was also advised that when I did ship the product back I am responsible to track it. Once I (customer) can verify that they have received the return then I (customer) can ask for a refund.

Every step is another distraction to hope you lose interest in the process so that they/ A. Don’t have to take a return B. Don’t have to issue a refund.

Thank you for your feedback. Upon further review we see that the return label was sent to the email address we have on file on 05/13/2025. If you have another email address that you would like us to send it to please contact our service center to arrange. It is also part of our verbiage to advise that you track it back but it not required, as we keep track of our returns and issue refunds when we see that it has been processed.

Satisfaction

Out of all the different brands of axles I've seen, Sixity brand seems beefier, better built, machined better, packaged extremely well, shipped and received in a very timely manor.
I'm well pleased.

Wrong spacer sent.

Decent price and showed up quick but got the wrong rear spacer. Got a conversion spacer instead. Even said it was the right spacer on the box but it wasn't.

Defective axles, Partial refund 😡

This is my experience with sixty. I ordered 2 axles for my can am atv from eBay $171.71. After a few days later I notice grease coming from the boot clamps, I called sixty’s and spoke a very nice woman. She sent another set but I had to pay $10.00 for shipping? That second set left axle leak but not the right. I requested a refund ,but They sent a 3rd set. I installed the 3rd set and the same thing happened left axle leaking thru the boot (loose clamp) they did send clamps but sent the wrong ones. I only drive this ATV on the farm for work purposes only. I requested my full refund from Sixty’s my $171.71 plus my $10.00 total $181.71
I sent the axles back and received $158.99 back
I sent sixty’s emails and also thru eBay, tried calling with no response from sixty’s or any emails
What I don’t understand that there axles where defective. I rebuilt my old axles and have absolutely no problems with grease leaking from the boot clamps
I’m sure sixty’s have satisfied a lot of customers but in my case they totally disappointed me cheating me out of my full refund. I did nothing wrong installing these axles, no ripped boots just there grease leaking thru the boot under the clamps. I’m a retired mechanic of 35yrs.
Sixty’s would not respond that they owe me my $22.72 which would cover my full refund so they left me no other choice but to give them this negative feedback
I’m very disappointed with this company and how the way they treated me and others. When they have issues like this when it’s NOT customer fault the best course of action would be just to refund the total of what the customer paid and move on.
Would be nice if this site would let us post pictures of the defective axles leaking like I had to show Sixty’s .
Don’t believe me ,A picture shows it all
Reply to sixty’s
Ok I’ll make it simple for you.I purchased your axles on eBay, try to follow this $158.99 plus $12.72 = $171.71
Then you charged me $10.00 to return two axles leaking grease from from the clamps that I had to send pictures.total so far $181.71. You returned $158.99 to my pay pay account (that’s it!). I would be more then happy to send you a photo of that return amount sixtys sent to my pay pal.I also have that fed ex tracking number for proof that the first axle set was return to sixty’s.
Then you sent a second set one axle was fine the other leak on one boot. I sent again pictures for that. I retuned that set to fed ex and also have that tracking number too for proof
I requested a refund at that time but no you guys sent a 3rd set (which I did not want!),same thing one axle was fine the other leaked at the inner boot, I return that 3rd set to fed ex and I also have that tracking number for proof, (3tracking numbers returning 3 sets of axles)The fact is 6 axles sent 4 boots leaked grease not six axles To say one set was returned is a flat out LIE I have 3 returned tracking numbers to prove it. You are calling me a liar but I have the proof, check your records! Your axle shafts are larger then the original and your people don’t no how to tighten clamps
The last set clamps were loose and I even emailed back to Sixty’s that information. There was absolutely no problem with the application as you suggested but a major problem with sixty’s as I seen in your axles and whoever you are that lied about me keeping your axles
Shame on you. I have $158.99 you sent in my pay pal account from sixty’s and 3 returned tracking numbers for ALL YOUR AXLES. YOU OWE ME $22.72
Man up and take care of your customers the right way when defective part are sent out. What a Horrible Experience from this company.

Your invoice total was $158.99. We also refunded the $10 charge for the one return label we charged you for. The total refund due was $168.99, which has been refunded in full. We attempted twice to send replacement orders free of any additional charges. In total three pairs or six individual axles were sent to you and only one pair has been returned. We attempted in good faith to resolve multiple times but it is highly unlikely six axles all had the same defect but rather there may be an issue with the application vehicle. We're sorry to hear none of the axles sent resolved your issue. If you need help returning the axles that have been refunded already please let us know and we'll pay for their return shipping as an additional courtesy.
