These scammers will hound you, using multiple telephone numbers. I block one, they call on another. Pretending to give me a yearly in-home visit for free. I am talking to the police to possibly set up an appointment so we can get some info on why they can't take no for an answer.

Or what but nobody ever showed up for either of the 2 appointments they had scheduled. No call or text to say they weren’t coming. Called the number provided and opted out of any further dealings with Signify.

Healthy Rewards Gift Card
We did our wellness check up on
November19,2024. After not hearing anything I reached out about our gift cards. I have called multiple times and no cards. I called in December and supposedly the cards were requested. Called February 28th and was told they were released February 12th. They opened a ticket to find out about the cards. I called April 23rd, now telling me not sending out 2024 any longer. Found out that as 4/9 there was a grievance and I should receive a letter. Apparently they opened 2 grievances on me and my husband. I received a letter 5/14 stating I was not allowed to file a grievance on my husbands behalf. I was never told in December he had to do the talking! I sent the paperwork back 5/22 but as of today 6-13 I have heard nothing. I was informed on 5/8 the status on my grievance was still progressing. I have NOT HEARD FROM ANYONE! Today is JUNE 13th! It’s a joke to ‘lure’ people into doing their healthy home visit stating you’ll receive a $100 gift card. I have been dealing with this since December 3rd and at no fault of my own have not received anything. I called twice in April. April 8 I’m told they opened a ticket to see where the cards are. I called April 23rd and find out they are no longer sending out 2024 cards since MARCH!!!!! I am still waiting to hear on my grievance.
To make matters worse I get multiple calls a week wanting to schedule our visits for 2025!

I wasn't gonna leave a review but then…
I wasn't gonna leave a review but then I thought when I had scheduled my appointment I had this beautiful sounding angel answer the phone and she honestly was amazing! She was kind understanding and was so very comforting! I had discussed concerns about a hysterectomy I was scheduled for and that I'm a little nervous about it because I've never had surgery in my life. And what do you know she had the same exact surgery her self and she discussed that it was not has bad as it sounds and that she had little no pain and recovery time. And that I wouldn't feel a thing after I return to wake up. And that there was minimal to no bleeding! I was Soo relieved she didn't even have to tell me this at all..! This representative is a STAR! To be as human as possible to understand and listen to my concern! She is what every customer service company need! Forget all the scripture stuff how about more human interaction!! This girl deserves to be their Coach and give more interaction like these and everyone will schedule an appt. Who cares about metrics scripture keep it short and definitely still provide the importance of it. And to everyone else this place is not a SCAM! THEY ACTUALLY DO THIS FOR EVERY INSURANCE I CHECKED MY POLICY AND ITS IN THERE FOLKS! JUST DO THE APPOINTMENT GET IT OVER WITH! IT MIGHT BE A PAIN DO IT. THESE Representative HAVE A JOB TO DO!! DONT BE MEAN RUDE ACCEPT WHAT IT IS AND MOVE ON! DO IT FOR THEM. THEY MAKE A LIVING LIKE ALL OF US DO. PLEASE GIVE THIS REPRESENTATIVE CARLA A AWARD SHE DESERVES IT!? AND SHE DESERVE TO BE WITH THE MANAGMENT! THIS GIRL WILL COACH AND PROVIDE HER HEART OUT. MAKE IT HAPPEN SIGNIFY HEALTH?! DONT TREAT HER LIKE ANY OTHER BOOK ON THE SHELF! Oh and i think she said something about living in TN. Not sure on that thought! Please give her a big hug from me! I want this to be known!! And if she wants to call and chat I'd love to let her know how my hysterectomy went.

Says They Work with Aetna Insurance --- A LIE!
The company claims to be affiliated with your health insurance provider, regardless of who you use. They use high pressure tactics and promises of cash bonuses (which are not real) to gain access to your home for a "home healthcare evaluation". DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE INTO YOUR HOME!!!!

I wish I could give a minus ZERO.
I wish I could give a minus ZERO.
They scheduled an in home wellness check via Aetna. From 9-12 today. I waited and called a little before noon. I was told my visit was CANCELED!!
Really??? Why didn't they let me know? They had my phone number, email. even texted a few days ahead they were still coming, what to have ready for them etc.
WHY DID THEY CANCEL? The receptionist was polite, not her fault... but she said they gave no reason.
WHY DIDN'T THEY CALL OR EMAIL OR TEXT?
Thanks Signify for making me miss a day I could have been working. Lost income....can I bill them???
I called Aetna to let them know what inconsiderate jerks they are. The agent put me on hold to complain... came back and said "They'd be willing to come in three weeks". I told them to go to hell, I can see my own Dr. for a checkup, it means another day missing work, who knows if they will show up.
Things happen, things sometimes get canceled, I get it....why on earth didn't they let me know? Just left me sitting here doing nothing.
Rant over. I see they have mostly one star reviews. I'm going to let Aetna know.

If I could give a "0" I would
If I could give a "0" I would. The representative lied and said she was from Wellcare to get inside my grandparents' home. This company is fraudulent. They targeted my grandparents, offering a $100 Walmart gift card to come and do an interview at their home. They offered nothing when they arrived, and they didn't even leave a card. I don't even know if this was a true agent. She seems like a fraudster. I am terrified for my grandparents, and I am making a police report because I am scared for their safety.

I worked for this company as a nurse…
I worked for this company as a nurse practitioner. Many members did not understand why they were being seen when they follow with PCP and many specialists in some cases. Its a fraudulent company. Do not schedule. Most people just do it for a supposed gift card. I don't really understand the purpose of the visit myself. Good Luck

Strong Arm Tactics
Signify basically harassed me until I finally set up an appointment. They reeled me in by offering a gift card. Never received the gift card and now I'm told I had to make a submission to my insurance company for the gift card but it's now too late.

They've cost us wages
This company has literally cost us several hundred dollars. First of all, they called me 7 times over a 3 day period, practically begging me to make an appt for a home health visit. I finally did and they still called me 3 more times to "schedule me", even though I had already scheduled. The appt time was supposed to be 1 pm. Closer to the appt day, they informed me that it's actually a 4 hour window that they could show up. Which means both my husband and I had to take off from work for half the day (this means significant loss of wages for us both). On the day of the appt, the provider no call no showed. I called the customer service line and they literally said "sorry, I'll get you rescheduled." I filed a complaint but gave in and rescheduled anyway. We both took off from work yet again for this appt. Then I just get a call from them that the provider "had an emergency" and they canceled our appt. We already took off from work, we can't take that back. This means even more loss of wages for us. They still have the audacity to call me sometimes twice a day to get us rescheduled and refuse to acknowledge the several complaints I've filed up to this point. They are unbelievably unhelpful and just outright awful.

After ignoring 7 calls to my personal…
After ignoring 7 calls to my personal phone, this schlock outfit calls my work number on company time. The instant the caller ID'd as Signify Health, I snapped "Don't you EVER call my work number for personal business" and hung up. Now, after reading other reviews here, it seems that even getting angry is a waste of energy.

I regret dealing with this company
I regret dealing with this company. The clinician did not show the first time. The second clinician gave me a home health test to mail. I took the sample, took to post office, checked online for results. Got errors. Called the testing company. That is when I was told they could not process test because it had expired. I sent an e-mail to Signify to complain. It bounced. I CALLED Signify. I was on hold for 35 minutes before I hung up. These corporations excel at wasting our time. I’m done.

They’re a Data Phishing Company for insurance companies not a healthcare agency whatsoever.
Got mailed months old correspondence and a call stating things about my account and plan advantages and a 240 point or more data intake sounding like it was for them to send a 3rd party insurance data collection agent to stick their nose up your butt and tell your insurance provider whether they think you’re eligible or be dropped. I gave nobody permission from their out of state shady company to create anything let alone an “account “ with my identity whatsoever. That’s creepy and worse they try to normalize creating an account for you without your consent or knowledge. They should have their servers wiped due to their fraud. It’s disgusting.

No show appoiontments.
I see from the reviews that this company schedules appointments and doesn't show up. Not even a phone call. I wonder if they still bill Medicare. This happened to me twice during my first year in Medicare. Never letting them come to my house again. Maybe Elon Musk can slash their budget too. It's a waste of taxpayer money.

Bullied
On February 5th, 2025 I received a call from Signify Health wanting to schedule an annual "wellness" visit. I said that I was not interested. He replied saying it was very important and I need to schedule a time. I explained that is see a GP, a Hepatologists, a Gastroenterologist, a Nephrologist, a Therapist, a Psychologist as well as getting a full blood work up every other month. I said, "I have eyes on me every month if not more, I'll pass this year." Again, he insisted I set an appointment. So I did just to end the call. After some thought, I called Humana on February 11, 2025 and complained saying I felt BULLIED into making an appointment. They agreed, connected me with Signify and I canceled my appointment. THE VERY NEXT DAY, Signify called me saying that they were Humana and that it's "vital" I set up a wellness appointment. After some very confusing conversation I asked if this was actually Humana and they said yes! After challenging this lie and more fast talking from the caller, they finally admitted it was Signify. After cooling down, I called Signify back and asked to speak with a member of management, to which I was placed on hold. After 10 minutes, I hung up, called back and was placed on hold for another 10 minutes. Then I called the corporate office in TX and asked to speak with a member of management. They refused stating that they see the complaint in the system, that it will be forwarded to management and will have someone call me back. I never heard back! Dishonest, high pressure, poor service culture and not willing to take criticism. I wonder how many people they are doing this to, as it can't just be me? How many unnecessary visits are being billed to Humana, which we pay for in our premiums? They should be ashamed.

One of the most unprofessional…
One of the most unprofessional misguided companies. There's absolutely no support for providers. The business is run much like a kindergarten lemonade stand. There is no interest in company development/improvement, suggestions are taken with malice and bullying is very common. There is an expectation to be driving hours between visits scheduled back to back the scheduling team refuses to contact patients. Many of the homes you go to have no one there during the scheduled time there are no reminders sent to patients about upcoming appointments.

Very unprofessional
I spoke to a representative from Signify Health one day ago and as we were speaking he/she was typing/noting i do not want to receive any more calls. When a company is so desperate to totally ignore your first initial request to stop calling, called back within the hour to schedule an appointment of me making that request to stop calling, then when called me back the next day to schedule an appointment the representative had a rude demeanor said there was nothing noted stating i wish not to receive phone calls and couldn't remove my name unless i give it to her that's harassment, its repeated, consistent and alarming.

Signify Health Schemes
Throughout 2024 I kept receiving numerous calls from (855)984-5121 where it came up on my phone identified as Healthcare. I never answered them as I wasn't expecting any calls so I suspected them to be scam calls.
Finally, the last time I received the call, I decided to call back on November 25, 2024. I asked who had been calling me and after difficulty hearing me, they identified themselves with Signify Health. I politely said I'd call back after I could find out the legitimacy of Signify Health, since I've never heard of them. I then called back a second time feeling comfortable with making the call.
This second time I called, I received a representative named Darien. She was polite and already had my personal information which she read out to me and said they were calling me on behalf of my health insurance, Louisiana Healthcare Connections. They wanted to schedule an in-home health assessment which I was very eager to do. Darien scheduled the appointment for December 12, 2024 and said someone would be at my home between 12pm and 3pm that day. I entered Signify Health into my contacts to identify this number and then my app automatically changed the number to (337)326-4845. That number was also identified as Signify Health. The appointment day came and went without anyone showing up or calling.
On December 15, 2024, I emailed Signify Health through their website about their no-show. I never received a response.
On December 31, 2024, I contacted Louisiana Healthcare Connections to see what information they had about Signify Health and them scheduling appointments on their behalf. Christy, from Member Services contacted me and said they had no information and said she contacted Signify Health and spoke to a representative named Dakota. Dakota said for me to call (855)985-5121 and that any representative would be able to help me.
On January 13, 2025, I called Signify Health at the above number given to me by Christy. I spoke to Ahman who said they had no information about the previous appointment but would be willing to help me. She also didn't have my personal information that the previous representative, Darien, did have. Ahman said that someone would get back with me between 5 and 7 business days.
Now, Signify Health repeatedly called me throughout 2024 yet when I responded positively to their calls, I haven't heard from them since.
As anyone can see by the above, something seems nefarious. Signify Health hasn't provided any explanation about these no-show appointments they've scheduled. And, after reporting it to my health insurance, they also don't seem to have an explanation or even be concerned.
I've waited to make this review a few days after Signify Health's self imposed deadline. The reason for that is the first time of contact, Darien of Signify Health was able to schedule an appointment during our call. The second time I was required to wait 5-7 days for a callback where they still didn't call.
I'll wait for a reasonable amount of time for one or both to respond to this review. After that, my only other choice is to ask the Louisiana Department of Health to get involved to protect any personal information that may have been released.

signify harasses and stalks me
signify harasses and stalks me. The review they did has false information on it. They have sent me the same results over and over. They call me daily even though I told them to stop. They want me to leave my pcp and I told them no. I have yet to get the rewards I am supposed to get. They are the worse!
