I was very excited when customer service reached out and offered to price match. I sent over my order and they wanted me to include shipping cost as well. I explained that I don't get charged shipping when I'm below the thresh amount because my best friend always lets me add to her order. They didn't want to except that. So basically I would pay $20 more. So I declined on buying from here. Not thinking about it anymore I had left the cart up with the shirts in it. When my office manager came in and saw it she thought I left it for her to place the order as she normally does that. So she did. Well it did cost $20 more and when we got the order a shirt was messed up. We contacted them about it and they said they would resend and not worry about sending other shirt back. So my customers order is short one shirt of which I'm still waiting on. I'm sure if they didn't send it Wednesday or Thursday it is now delayed even more because of 4th. It's really irritating because they go ahead and print shipping label which notifies you that your order has shipped when it hasn't. When I started with them way back I could always order one day and get next day with the free shipping, not the case anymore. I loved buying from here but in today's world we have to save where we can to stay competitive.

I am very pleased with the somewhat short time between order and delivery. The products are good for the price...not sure how many times I will be able to wash them before them loose their look and shape, but I know if they last through the summer, I would have gotten my money's worth.
