So far I have not been able to complete my reservation. Since I already have storage space at another facility I need to plan a month in advance. The reseervation system online would only allow me to reserve a few days in advance, and the date could not be changed.

Scam much?
1- you leave NO choice NOT to have your inhouse insurance and then make it difficult to cancel it if we have our own.
2- you charge $20 to have someone help
3- when I tried to pay for reservation online, your system didn't work and then, surprise!, you want $20.0 for an online agent to take the payment.
4- whole operation sounds like a money grab of a scam.

I was there early. Had to wait. But, got my things in the unit. Nice people. Descent rate. Hopefully it stays low. Do to my low income. I'm tired 😩 of moving my storage. And the uhaul, budget hi fees. Need the perfect home with low rent.
