They do not reply, I would not trust them in an emergency situation.
I decided to extend my trip and wanted to extend my policy.
They have not answered any request on various channels from since a week ago where I tried to reach them and today is my due date with the insurance expiring.
I did not contact any other insurance company trusting in they would work due to the reviews here. Honestly very disappointed, no one followed up and still waiting... have to find an alternative quickly now.
