Now this is a company you will would want to work with!!! I don’t typically write reviews but this deserves it honestly. First of all, the customer service is out of this world. They respond almost immediately and wouldn’t make one wait for days to get a response. Second, they DO NOT rip you off. Everything they do is with proper care and service and they are not just here to take your money. Lastly, ever since we’ve had the Sedna water filter in my home my acne flare ups decreased and I noticed having lesser eczema episodes as well. Such an amazing company with great staff. Special shout out to Juan!!! Always on top of everything and such a great conversationalist too!!

Great filter installment
Called Sedna and was able to get an appointment for maintenance the next day. Technician arrived, installed new water filters and described the process through each step. Afterwards, water tasted refreshing and paired with our water softener felt great. Technician also explained how to turn off filter system and water if there ever was a leak. Would highly recommend.

My wife Samantha and I had excellent service from Maurice, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. When it came to installing the tank Juan was all super helpful and went above and beyond for us as well.

SEDNA review
When my family and I moved into the community SEDNA was the first company to approach us about a cleaner water system. They gave us realtime tests pertaining to our water and allowed us to be in the experience as it was demonstrated. Juan explained to us that it would benefit our family as my youngest faces skin issues and it would certainly assist him. We unfortunately had to turn it down because of financial issues. However, we knew that we had to save if we wanted to assist our son, so we asked them to come back in a few months.they did just that. Juan; the manager, made sure to check back in and he has been professional from the start. Rodolpho did a great job at installing the unit and was thorough about the process. We are truly thankful to Juan and his team for the professionalism, the experience and the process of the installation.

Great water treatment system
We had the system installed a few weeks ago, and the installation team did an excellent job. Juan Guerrero stayed in touch with us before, during, and after the installation, ensuring everything went smoothly. The system is working wonderfully — we can clearly notice the improvement in the treated water. We highly recommend it.

Emailed to request service the ro system they installed. Technician came the next day at the confirmed time and get the filters changed in an hour. Had they installed the water softener and ro under the sink system two years ago. Happy with both systems and services.

Service water filtration system
I called in early morning we got home from vacation we were hearing water running from our water file ration system. We call many companies for service prices outrages, and the original company horrible. They did not know how to fix it. We called Sedna they are our local water company here in Claremont. They found the problem and fixed it. My system feels brand new! Definitely have them in my contacts for any services!
