Couldn’t be happier!

Start to finish, and everything will as amazing service. The sales assistant Jag was incredible, we even went back to him after our first visit to buy the sofa as he was great, knew what we wanted and cared for what would be best for our family. Updates for the delivery were very accurate. The guys delivering the sofa were amazing! Very quick and polite. In love with our new sofa. Only arrived yesterday but it is very comfortable, definitely worth the 12 week wait!

Great place with great value

We can in today on a whim to have a look at a new sofa. We were met by Raymond who was helpful, kind and really knew the products really well. He let us have our space and try the sofas out before helping us. We ended up going with SCS and got something that was a fair bit cheaper than other options but still had a ton of features on it. Very happy and satisfied with the experience today in the shop and with Raymond.

A great experience, highly recommend

I went to ScS with my husband today to look for a new sofa. The staff gave us plenty of time, with no, pressure to have a good look around.(And made us coffee). Staff around the store answered various questions about different sofas. Wayne helped us when we had made our decision with all the finer details, the sale was easy and relaxed. Wayne was knowledgeable, polite and patient. Thank you.

Customer service

So Bradley responded to my post by asking me to send a screen shot. Why? Can’t he read from here? So I sent as requested and the response was to contact the store!!

WOW!!

Then Mark rang me and stated he will be investigating on my behalf & he will call me back the next day (Saturday). Saturday came and went, Sunday Monday and here we are, another Sunday & no call!

Communication is key, SCS take your money & leave the customer high & dry.

I rue the day I walked into that store with the misguided view that my purchase would be accompanied by, at the least, satisfactory customer service. But no, here we are, having to complain without anyone taking the complaint seriously. The people who are the face of SCS just lie to get you off the phone. And what on earth was the point of Bradley responding to my initial poor review by asking me to resend a screenshot? Shame on you SCS

Fenton Settee range

We ordered the Fenton Settee range in April. We were given a estimated delivery date for 11/07/25, I happened to look on the account page and seen the estimated date is now 15/07/25. I know it's only supposed to be a few days later but they didn't even contact us to let us know and now I've seen the reviews I'm starting to get really worried. Then to make it worse I decided to go to the shop itself and ask to find it's empty and getting revamped so no staff

Alison was absolutely grand, her service was very friendly and it was clear she knows her stuff, she had the answers ready for any question we asked and gave us plenty of different options to look at! 10/10 experience and very happy with our visit and decision!

And this is me being nice
I now have had an ongoing complaint for months The amount have time this has taken and my days off work to accommodate delivery and a repair that is still unsatisfactory is disgusting .Do not use this company they will take you're money supply sub standard good and then you will find it almost impossible to get a resolution

Non Communication and poor quality for the price

We purchase our 3 piece leather suite from these at a cost of over £4000. We had to go away with work for a while and so didn't notice until we got back that there was a tear in one of the chairs, which looked as if this was done when the chair was being unpacked. Also the label was ripped on the side of the sofa. Then we noticed the other chair was rickety.
We had to contact the company several times before they finally sent someone out to look at the problem.
He said that the quality was poor. He put a bar inside the rickety one and ordered a new label and back for the sofa and chair.
We made several attempts to contact the company to complain and ask for a refund or for them to come and take the suit back and give us a full refund. The have not even had the courtesy to reply to my emails or the online form sent to them.
I am going to pursue this matter as I am not the person to let things go and just accept it.

Sorry to hear about the concerns you have raised however as the concerns were raised with ourselves outside of 30 days of you taking receipt of the furniture we are entitled to proceed with repairs as per the consumer rights act.

I can see Emmiera who have previously attended have parts on order to resolve the concerns and are due approximately 08/07/25, once they have been received they'll be in touch to book in a follow up appointment to have the works carried out.

Perfect!

Perfect!
Arrived at the store…..smell was amazing, Italian leather! Greeted by Martin who explained how everything worked. The principle of any sofa available in any fabric / leather and colour was music to my ears. Martin stayed at a distance but was available if we needed him. All staff, but particularly Martin, were friendly and helpful. The whole experience of browsing and purchasing was very easy and pleasant. An afternoon well spent as we came away happy with our choice and satisfied with the exceptional customer service. Order details sent via email as stated at the point of sale. Thanks Martin for your help. I will write a review once we receive the sofa.
