They messed up on the address and I had to repeat several times on what I wanted. Then I was transferred to another person for confirmation and she started going over plans and I stated I had already gone through this and decided on what plan I wanted. They said oh okay. Thank you for choosing us. Hopefully I received the correct plan.

My experience from the time I set up my service and.using was fantastic! I couldn’t ask for anything better!
My experience of transferring me my service from residence to another was a nightmare! I was on the phone for 1 hour and 15 minutes. The first part was a bit redundant but she was friendly & went as quickly as possible. The second part was a nightmare. The agent was trying to to sell me Spectrum! I have Spectrum. I have no choice. I’m in a 55 plus complex. I’m going from one to another. Spectrum has corporate accounts with these entities. I am returning my equipment from one place & getting new equipment from the second place . This person had comprehension of a corporate account etc. I couldn’t get off the phone & I am still getting emails selling me Spectrum!

Picking the right plan can be tricky.
Sarita a was great and taught me a lot about navigating through electric co info to help me make my decision. Complaint is that you can’t call back and get the same rep. You must start the ENTIRE process over from the beginning every time you talk to someone, even if it’s the same person.
