Avoid at all costs! Lack of care in creation, bubbles and mouldy flowers!

What a disaster company and a completely unprofessional “owner”. I put my trust in Sarah to create a resin piece from my wedding day. I sent the flowers off the day after my wedding as instructed. When I saw the flowers were delivered I messaged her to ask if they were ok, if they weren’t I had more to send. She said they were fine! When I received my order to my horror the petals were mouldy. My whole design was completely spoiled. Even what she created lacked artistic eye. It had bubbles everywhere in the design and just lacked any kind of specialism. I contacted her, Sarah and she said that she was happy with the order and that I should be to. After pointing out that she had made my order with flowers which had mould on them she stopped replying to my emails. I completed a chargeback which she managed to overturn with her bank because of a “bespoke” clause. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I even left her review on her Facebook page. She soon after changed her page from a business to a different type of page which did not allow reviews. She totally wrecked something that was so sentimental to me and cannot be replaced.
