Bad Customer Service
I saw a response to my review, writing this to respond, customer service said shipping carrier provided "photographic evidence" , but that is literally not my porch. I stated this many times, even in my review. How can you say there is evidence of delivery when I am stating it is not my porch? I did file a claim with UPS as they instructed, but UPS closed my claim without any communication. The only solution they gave me is to call, but I am hard of hearing and disabled, it is very difficult for me to communicate. I did write another review on BBB, its very frustrating as a disabled person to make me to do everything I can and still offer me ZERO resolution. I am very frustrated and feel discriminated, I tried my best to follow their instructions and communicate, but I was never offered any sort of help at all.

Scammy and No Customer Service
I never received my package, no proper shipping confirmation or anything. Got a blurry UPS picture or somewhere that wasn’t my apartment and couldn’t do anything with them. I contacted the customer service team, no response, for an entire week. Multiple emails!! I spent almost $300 on supplies and nothing.

ordered a wig
ordered a wig. Never got package - just label delivered. I can only guess that the label was not properly affixed to the package if it came off so easily during shipping. Company would not assist me with USPS claim to refund my money nor would they. I don't believe that it was even insured as they told me!! Horrible uncaring customer service in my opinion

Paypal did not refund and my trip with the USPS has still been unsuccessful without the help of Sams!! I cant tell you how much I hate that I have done any business with this company. All this trouble for $39 is so ridiculous!! I NEVER GOT MY ITEM NOR WAS THERE ANY RESOLUTION!! I think a person is at high risk with this company if customer service is ever needed!

I have no hair
I have no hair, Medical treatments destroyed my own hair. I have ordered from Sams beauty for years. I have never had an issue with this lifesavor store of beauty products. Because of this store i have a wig store at home.I keep at least 20 to 25 pieces of lace wigs on my shelf. I cant imagine why you had to ask me this, look at my account and you will see the history. One star because zero isn’t an option "Scam's Beauty"
I hadn't ordered from Sam’s Beauty since 2024 because they accused me of a chargeback from 2023 — something they never provided proof for. Fast forward to 2025, I decided to place an order again because they had a wig I couldn’t find anywhere else… or so I thought. They canceled both of my recent orders immediately, citing that same "chargeback" from years ago. Thankfully, I looked further and found the exact same wig on eBay from a different seller — problem solved.
Sam’s Beauty clearly doesn’t value loyal customers and chooses to punish people over their own unresolved issues. Shady practices, no transparency, and poor customer service. I’ll never order from them again — and if you’re thinking about it, proceed with caution.
Scam’s Beauty is more like it.
They should honestly be called Scam Beauty instead of Sam’s Beauty.
Over the years, I’ve spent thousands of dollars with this company, regularly ordering wigs for myself and my customers—sometimes almost daily. To suddenly be blacklisted over a single chargeback from 2023, with no real explanation or resolution, is just ridiculous and unprofessional.
They canceled my 2025 orders even though I was ready to shop again. That’s their loss, not mine. I now buy from 10+ other companies that sell the exact same wigs, and I’m even looking into working directly with the manufacturers to avoid middlemen like them altogether.
What’s even more frustrating is that the recent orders they canceled would’ve easily made up for what they claimed they lost. But instead of valuing a loyal, long-time customer, they chose to shut the door.
I won’t be coming back. There are way better businesses out there that actually care about customer loyalty.
