I cancelled my subscription to RW in 2022. They continued to send it. This year I was once again charged without notification. When I called RW again this year, they said they would refund my money. However, I was only refunded $4.17. I called again for a FULL refund and am now told I will receive ANOTHER PARTIAL refund because they have shipped another magazine even after I cancelled.
This is very poor customer subscription management. Even if I wanted to subscribe in the future, I would not because there is no way to unsubscribe. Once they get your credit card number, you're apparently stuck with the magazine and regular payments for life.
I believe that I should receive a FULL refund for the cost of the subscription that I have repeatedly tried to cancel.

Runners World is really good reading, if you can read it. I subscribed to the £6 for 6 months deal, installed the app but have had continuous problems with it.
It infrequently doesn't download, once downloaded it doesn't save that info.
It crashes frequently. Hearst Magazines say they have tried to resolve it but after reading 2 articles, the same issues occur.
I have good connection and no problems with my phone, all has been checked out with that. Other apps on my phone work fine ie parkrun, Strava. I notice people having the same kind of issues, some quite far back.
