It was an okay experience
It was an okay experience. I found that it challenging to find some products even though they were in the pictures or videos. I think it would be great if there are tags on products produced by Rove to help customers find them more easily.

A nightmare!
I don't often write reviews but I had an absolutely horrible experience. After ordering a full sectional set and opting in for the white glove service, the wrong sofa parts were delivered, and upon realization the Rove delivery team took most of the boxes back with them. But then they dropped off the map. Calling Rove resulted in them blaming their own delivery team and asking for a redelivery. Calling the delivery team resulted in them saying the parts were wrong. So much money spent, and all I have is one part of a sectional without any clear next steps from Rove. Either the company is a scam, or, they are badly organized without a proper customer delivery and response team. Either way, a nightmare.

I wanted to include a special delivery request, but the website did not provide me with an opportunity, though it asked if I had a special request.
