I bought the soft roll up for my 2025…

I bought the soft roll up for my 2025 tacoma. It was packaged ok. Just a cardboard box. The cover itself seemed sturdy and durable. The hardware didnt fit the wasy i would of liked it. The clamps will go on crooked due to the tacoma rails. Also the cover didnt cover the bed completely. I wish it was maybe 2 more inches longer. I made everything work but when the rain comes im expecting it to leak. Love the material and the concept but wasnt the fit that i was expecting. Overall its a good cover for the price

I was researching a bunch of different products and pricing.

Rough Country offered two different options when it came to the under seat storage, after making the decision to go with RC, I chose the model that had a smoother design.
After receiving it, I was very impressed with how much stuff I could fit into it.

There was a small alignment learning curve that I had to do to get it to work.

Thank you again
Sincerely yours
Ron Grundberg

I installed their top vertex coilovers…

I installed their top vertex coilovers on my tacoma and after a little over 3 years the front coils sagged. I contacted customer service and was informed that it was our of warranty even though their website states that coils have a 5 year warranty for sagging. Very disappointed. All I wanted was to replace the coils not the whole coilover. Buyer beware

Ease of ordering and overall pretty good products.

Products are up there in terms of quality. Experience had been pretty good, including instructions and overall installation (Had a shop install them for me after I had them 80% put together).

Rough Country gets a solid 8.5/10 from me. Instructions could've been a little clearer but other than that, it's been good.

May need check newer models to make sure fit

Well ordered cover according to what says should fit on website. First cover had bend in rod in middle and did not seem seal right. Called customer service. First person said would send me link to send pictures. Never got email. Called back two more times and finally just asked to exchange for another. Easy return process. New cover came quickly. Both seem almost too short for truck by 2 inches. Made work. Had put extra foam at corners where bed meets truck. Again they never touched truck. With foam no leak there. I don't know if need check newer models to make sure fit before say they fit.
