RoboKiller is bogus
I wanted to give a "free" trial version a go, so I signed on and downloaded the app. Within minutes, I already knew I didn't like the way it worked, and I uninstalled it and requested that they do not renew anything. I was charged $38 for an annual plan and have been trying for weeks to get my money back. I will need to go to my CC company and request that they intervene because Robokiller is not interested in refunding me anything.

Never works right
Never works right. Set it right, and this morning get woke up by a spm call for no reason. It never works more than a day, properly. Steer clear of this scam.

Price more than DOUBLED? No increase in service? No thanks!
Today, I got a notification that the price of my annual RoboKiller subscription was increasing to $89.99. It appears to our collective dismay that a company known as "Bending Spoons" acquired RoboKiller at some point in 2024.
For the past seven years (since 2018), I have paid $26.74 a year for Robokiller's service (after taxes). There is no indication that there will be any increase in the level of service to correspond to the increase in price. As any reasonable person would do, I quickly cancelled my membership.

Block your own calls…
I was really overwhelmed by spammers calling me so I was blocking them one by one and silencing unknown calls. It got too much so I tried out Robokillers. Well I wanted to like it but it really didn’t do anything more for me than I was doing for myself. I still had to silence unknown calls and still saw spam calls come through. No real change. I was one day late in shutting off my subscription for the 7 day trial. But I might add I am legally blind they would not give me a refund for a product that did not work.

Scam scam scam
Scam scam scam. I tried to sign up for the robo killer app with all the hoops and bells and whistles that it had it would not let me sign up it never stopped the first call I tried to cancel the application and there was no way that it would let me. I tried to cancel further and they offered to send a registered letter of cancellation if I paid an additional $15. The website said it was 399 per month to 599 per month. But when they sent me a bill on my credit card it was for $39.99 it's supposed to get rid of spam callers and scam but let me tell you this is the biggest scam out there all on its own. Do yourself a favor and run from this place do not buy. Scam scam scam

Billing continues despite cancellation
I cancelled the service months ago due to increasing yearly fee and uninstalled the app. However, this year I was billed again for double the previous fee. I tried cancelling again, but it did not refund the fee. I am now working with the credit card company to dispute the charge. I have not been able to reach the robokiller representatives. I see that I am not alone.

Complete and total scam
Signed up for free trial, cancelled the next day, they drafted my card for $50 anyway and I disputed the charge on their website and on Venmo but it was denied. They did nothing for me and I lost $50.

Is the Robospam killer a scam
What went wrong this time you ask. Well, i applied to foster animals and when they called me they got someone who was not me, yelling and screaming in spanish, at what sounded like a casino. I understand that calls are blocked but why in the world would someone else be picking up the call and how did this even happen?! This could now prevent me from being able to foster. Thanks no thanks!

This company cares about nothing other
This company cares about nothing other than collecting money. They even tried charging me twice! I could not get it to pause if I need a phone call to get through and that did not work and I missed many calls because of this and they didn’t care one bit. They don’t have a way to call them for help they just collect your money and send you on your way to figure out their mess! In my opinion the only thing Robokiller knows how to do is collect your money!!!!

After three years of using robokiller I…
After three years of using robokiller I realized each year they were charging more and more. It went from $16 and change to $45 to $$110. Thee increases were not authorized and their support is non existent. I had to uninstall and file a dispute with my bank. I'm now waiting for a new bank card. This issue trumps Robokiller operation. It isn't worth it unless you don't mind getting scammed and there is no help available. I would STAY AWAY, to prevent being charged an exorbitant amount for an app that should be a few dollars. This started out well and they've not just become greedy but are wholly unprofessional and unreliable for a so called paid app. I am now looking for another app as I refuse to play games like this and $110.00 a year for an app like this is ridiculous

Robokiller is a scam
I give Robokiller one star, but they should get zero. I purchased Robokiller after reading their website because I have received in received in excess of 1500 scam calls since October 2024. I understood that there was a 7 day free trial free trial and you could cancel anytime. They demanded a year subscription, fully paid upfront. The app never worked for me other than another form of caller ID. Nothing else worked for me. I canceled on day 8. Tried twice through Apple to get a refund, even just a partial refund. Was turned down twice. Contacted Robokiller, explained the situation, asked for a refund,or a partial refund, they refused and said I had to contact Apple which I had already done, twice. They are a rip off,a scam, and should be put out of business. If you purchase this, if you aren’t satisfied you’re screwed. Yes, you can cancel anytime, but you might as well just flush $140 down the toilet. I will be contacting the BBB next. DO NOT USE THIS APP!!!

Digital theft.
Robokiller wanted me to use their messaging app as a default. I only wanted the service for phone calls. No refund on money. It's digital theft. All correspondence was through A.I. and never spoke to a human. Hate this company and parent company (Bending spoons)

This company is liable for fraud.
This company needs to be held accountable for charging customers $89.99 for a non-functional spam call and text blocking app. Robokiller claims to provide "call-forwarding", and instead offers a 100% non-functional set-up process for this. They then offer no customer service, just auto-reply messages that claim "We're working on this" with zero action or follow-up.

I have been a customer of RoboKiller… for 2-3 years
I have been a customer of RoboKiller for 2-3 years and must say the experience has been good. The product came up for renewal today (5.12.25) and went to RoboKiller.com to manage my renewal. I selected a Plan for about $49 annually, tried to renew but was FORCED INTO the $99 Plan. After 2 + hours of trying to make the $49 Plan work, with multiple "scam" type communications coming back from ROBOKILLE I have decided to just CANCEL MY ACCOUNT. This, for me, is impossible to do ! Some of my friends have already told me about this being impossible to do, but, as I said, it was working for me. SCAM, DO NOT PURCHASE ! READ THE REVIEWS, YOU WILL BE SHOCKED........

Robokiller should have a class action lawsuit against them. The volume of trash calls increased
I have to silence my phone all together.
Waste of my money!!!

Robokiller is a terrible app and worse…
Robokiller is a terrible app and worse company. The app does not work. Spam calls actually increased as soon as I started using the app. I canceled the app 3 days before the end of my trial period and they still charged me after the trial ended. I reached out to their customer service and they said Apple services had to pay my refund. Apple services said the charge after the trial ended is not refundable per Robokillers user agreement. Stay far away from this scam.

Robokiller is absolute trash
Robokiller sucks. Did a trial, found it to be useless, as the calls for some reason did not even occur. I am talking not even blocked! Right before the trial ended, on the fifth day, I canceled and got confirmation. I removed Robokiller from my phone and removed the call forwarding.
Well what do you know, the spam calls all picked up right after. Robokiller started charging my card on file. Fortunately, I use a service with burner, one time cards for just this reason. It’s laughable how crappy this company is, constantly getting their crap charge declined. OH and the best part…look up the spam calls numbers. Ironically, they are all identified as “spam” by Robokiller’s stupid site as the top hit on google. I swear this company spams you as soon as you’re done. I would never use them, They were great years ago, but now I would rather let the phone ring.

Robokiller is no good
Robokiller is no good! Do not waste your money. I'm still getting spam calls. You cannot, to save your life,
talk to someone. They want you to pay to talk to somebody!
They are frustrating!

Beware of these scammers
Signed up for a one week trial which was scheduled to renew on a weekly basis. I cancelled before the end of the trial as the service did not work on my phone - completely useless and kept getting error messages. Despite having cancelled, they still billed me for 3 weeks at once! They refuse to refund and claim there's nothing they can do, it's not within their power to offer refunds. They are genuine scammers.

FRAUDS- I tried to sign up for the free week trial to test drive the tool but the system did not allow me to set up the trial for use. Instead they charged my credit card and refuse to credit me. Customer service uses scripts so you don’t even get a response that makes sense. I’ve had to cancel my credit card and you all know how much of a pain this causes.
