Poor Handling of Identity Verification and Support
I signed up on Riseworks and submitted my identity documents during the onboarding process. The system said verification would take a few working days. But it’s been over a month, and I’ve received no update whatsoever.
Every time I log in, I see message:
"Identity documents are still in process, please wait a few days." After contacting support twice, I finally got a reply a week later, simply saying they can’t offer me their services — no explanation, no option to reapply.
What’s even more absurd is that my account still shows the same “under review” status, as if nothing happened. I contacted support again to clarify, and it’s been another week with no response.
I urgently needed this service, but this turned into a month-long ordeal. Not only is the support painfully slow, but their system seems clueless about its own decisions.
Extremely disappointing.
