The only real issue for a mid range…
The only real issue for a mid range score from me is the site .
1. The site needs to be updated , nothing major just the display of the garment ., sizes , quantities.
2. Sam’s Club has a pretty generic display format that is really good and not hectic at all.
3. I have been familiar with the company since the early 90’s.

Thank you for your review. We agree, and are in the early phases of updating the website user experience. Our tech stack is a fully integrated customer relationship management / warehouse management system / accounting platform / and data base driven website all in one. While this allows us to provide real time inventory, it comes with certain limitations for redesigning the user interface. Additionally, over the years we've changed the way we sell products from pre-packed offerings of assorted sizes and colors in the same case, to a more simplified by color/by size smaller unit count denomination. We will address all of these issues in our redesign and hope to have a much more user friendly and intuitive website that allows our customers to find what they're looking for faster and easier.
