Sustainable style

Really liked that the Lotif pendants are made from recycled materials. The minimal design works great in our eco-friendly apartment renovation. They give off plenty of light for our dining table without being overwhelming. Customer service was helpful when I had questions about the installation height.

Apartment lighting revolution

My rental restrictions meant no hardwired fixtures, but Residence Supply's battery-operated sconces changed everything. They look like permanent installations but required no electrical work or landlord approval. My apartment finally feels like a designed space rather than a temporary living situation.

Careful packaging prevented damage

My order arrived in what seemed like a ridiculous amount of packaging, until I realized how fragile the items were. Everything was nested in custom foam inserts with reinforced corners. The unpacking instructions were clear and helped prevent any mishaps. Not a scratch on anything despite the cross-country journey.

Poor Customer service

I ordered a Manara light fixture for a model home last year. The company initially sent the wrong sconces, which delayed installation. By the time the correct sconces arrived, the home was not ready, and when we were finally able to install the fixture, two of the crystal sconces were cracked, and thirteen of the bulbs did not work. We had to spend $250 CAD out of pocket to buy replacement bulbs.

Later, the company sent warm white bulbs instead of the 6000K cool white we ordered. When I contacted them, they refused to replace the incorrect bulbs, stating the order was from last year, despite the delays and additional costs being due to their errors.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability and poor customer service. I would not recommend this company if you expect your order to be correct or supported if issues arise.

First shipment didn't arrive after…then the second wasn't compatible with American electricals... AVOID THESE QUESTIONABLY DISHONEST SCAMMERS. I WONDER IF THEIR MOTHERS KNOW WHAT THEY'RE UP TO!

First shipment didn't arrive after several weeks of being "Out for Delivery." I "found" it in the warehouse, connected with Customer Service, and they never found it. They sent out new ones. When those "arrived", they sat in the warehouse... I contacted CS sooner. Helpful CS person got it delivered. When my electricians arrived, they told me it wasn't compatible with American electrical. CS ignored my first three requests to return, then I received several emails saying it could be altered. Not according to my electricians - and I know who I trust. THEN, they told me I couldn't return it because the return rates were only effective for two weeks from date of order - recall they discovered it missing almost six weeks after the order date. They told me they'd reconsider the two weeks, but I'd have to pay a 50% restocking charge. I wonder how they live with themselves.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Please for your sake read the reviews.

I placed a $4,200 order. I bought “polished brass” outlets and switches on the website. The items showed up and they are all brushed brass. When selling the items they labeled the products Polished brass, when something is polished, it is shiny and reflective. What I received is a matte brushed finish. This is an INTERIOR DESIGN supply company, and they don’t know how to or simply don’t care about labeling their products the right was.

Anyways, you’d think they’d say oh our bad and take the items back. But they’re intending to stick me with the $4,000 order of items that are not what I paid for. They said all they will do is exchange but the other designs don’t work with our remodel scheme. Residence Supply in so many words says too bad we’re going to keep your money one way or the other.

This is a scam company and I highly recommend that nobody support them as their customer service level gets an F-. They do not care about you, they don’t own their mistakes and all they want is your money.

DO NOT order lights from this…

DO NOT order lights from this company!!!!! I ordered three and all three boxes were smooshed when they arrived and one of the lights was crushed to pieces. After two weeks of going back and forth with the company, they have not sent me a replacement and want me to send the crushed light back to Russia before they send me another one even though I purchased 100% damage protection with my order. On top of that, they sent me a return label from a shipping company I’ve never heard of and haven’t given me any information on how to drop it off or have it picked up. NIGHTMARE 😫😫😫😫😫

Cheap Drop Shipping Scam

The item I received was damaged and significantly lower quality than advertised. It was cheap plastics and thin aluminum. I paid $260 for a product that was easily $50 from AliExpress. Then the return only offered me $140 back even with the damage claim. All around scam!

This is the second Teva light I have…

This is the second Teva light I have ordered and the level of customer service I received is absolutely through the roof excellent. Sadly, upon arrival, it had some cracks in it, but they were so great to accommodate return shipment, and or full refund. It’s hard to find companies that are true to their word, but this company is a company you can trust with quality lights.

Horrible customer service and horrible response.

Horrible customer service. I bought 10 down lights and my building in NYC wouldn’t approve so I asked to exchange for different lighting. They would not accommodate. Boxes not opened. I even offered to pay a restocking fee. Not willing to help in any way. They could care less about customers. Buyer beware.
Yes, it was after return date, but I offered to pay a restocking fee and make an even larger purchase in exchange. Nothing lost for the company but still didn’t care. Stood behind “policy”. Not customer centric at all.
